Delivered on time as estimated, however box was all torn and opened, will have to re package to give as gift ☹️ Otherwise item as described.

The two trees I purchased ,were a little disappointing, small and wilting to be honest and one of the packages didn't have an engraved disc in which was very disappointing as we wanted to hold a planting ceremony within the family this weekend .I spoke to Gareth who said the engraver had forgotten to engrave the second disc and that he would get the disc to me by Tuesday or Wednesday next week .He offered me a refund for the disc, but I said just to send it to me and I would put it on after the ceremony for my father who died on 04.01.17. Iam sure you can understand my comments.C.B.Smith M.I.H.

I bought 2 trees. Both came with a lot of fruits on however the lemon tree arrived with damaged brunches and one side with no leaves at all. On the other hand, the calamondin tree is very nice and well shaped.

I was generally happy with the buying process and online service but disappointed that delivery was a day late. Given how much I paid for next day delivery I would have expected a refund of this.

I gave 3 stars as there was a bit of a mix up over delivery. It was my parents diamond anniversary and unfortunately they did not get the rose that day. It was delivered but left with a neighbour. No card was put through to advise them so they received the rose the day after which was very disappointing. The product itself was lovely and the matter was rectified positively.

I was advised that order would be late but a card would be sent to them , but that didn't happen .

Email communication was good. Delivery was later than stated. Tree was 2 foot smaller than I was led to believe which in turn made it less value for money. The complimentary card was in fact a hand written note on my delivery slip. Very frustrated and disappointed. Would not purchase from here again or recommended it to family and friends.

The product itself that I ordered was brilliant and the recipient was thrilled with her gift. My only criticism was the initial attitude of the delivery driver when he called me to ask for directions. He was quite rude and abrupt. Once I explained where the house was he calmed down but it did make me question whether I would use the company again as I felt quite upset and alarmed by his manor.

The delivery time was as expected, but the packaging was quite badly damaged.

The initial order was very easy and it all went through with no problems, a delivery date was set and payment was made. My first problem came when my order didn't come on the due date which was inconvenient as my daughter had waited in all day. My second problem came when I tried to phone your company to see what had happened and it took me a good hour to get through to talk to someone about it, it said on the answering service that I could leave a message and when I tried that it wouldn't let me so I just had to hang on, when I eventually managed to speak to someone I was told that the courier would be delivering between 12-2pm and he finally got there around 4. My daughter is pleased with her tree but getting it wasnt very easy. Lyn Barton
