Happy with the purchase itself (a rose) but really unimpressed with the delivery - left outside my Mum’s front door - no- one rang the bell (both my parents were in and listening out for it). Anyone could have walked off with it. Suggest you change your courier company. I couldn’t leave them feedback so doing so via you instead.

Misinformation on site about postage. I paid for next day postage which was irrelevant since it turned out plants were not being delivered till the next week. It was in memory of a very dear friend . I had to ask her daughter if it had been delivered which was distressing. Then I was informed nursery had not been open and the extra postage was refunded. I think my disappointment was worth more than £2.

Date of delivery was initially weeks away (it's not fast foliage folks!) and then it was pushed back another day...to the day of the funeral of the person I bought the tree for....so not ideal. Complained and got it pushed back a day further but ZERO reaction to my expression of dissatisfaction....no follow-up email to apologise or try to remedy just a move of date with nothing else. Tree arrived - sorry looking specimen. This was my second purchase from T2MD ...it wll be the last.

We do everything we can to ensure that our products arrive in the best possible condition, and on time, and when that doesn’t happen due to events outside of our control, it is very frustrating for our whole team as we work very hard to provide the best possible customer service. Please rest assured that your feedback has been discussed with our courier, in an attempt to improve the level of service they offer. As your delivery date was missed, you initially wrote to us asking us to ensure that the rose bush arrived the day after the funeral, as the courier had automatically allocated the next day for delivery. We wrote to you twice on the 19th September to confirm that this had in fact been done for you and we apologise if you did not see either of those emails. Please rest assured that the tree sapling that your recipients received is simply going into the deciduous phase whereby it looses its leaves for the winter, and we are confident that come the spring, the tree will start to grow into the living memorial you were hoping for. Hi Julie, Thank you for taking the time to review our To My Wonderful Husband rose bush. We are so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the rose bush you received, as this is never our intention. We use only the best suppliers as we aim to source only the highest quality products, and we apologise if we have not met the standard on this occasion. Rose bushes are deciduous and are currently entering this phase, hence the markings on the leaves. Rest assured this is not detrimental to the health of the rose bush, which can be cut back ready for winter. New growth occurs from Spring with bloom growing from June, and we are confident your plant will go on to thrive for many, many years to come. My dated order was to arrive one week early thankfully it got stopped. I was advised that my order would be delivered on the day I requested, however this didn’t happen so I had to phone and see what was happening, only to be told because I lived in Scotland delays can happen. We are in the UK by the way! I said if this was the case then why isn’t this taken into consideration so the customer receives the gift on the date required. So I was advised if it did not arrive tomorrow then it would be the next day. I must admit I’m NOT a happy customer.

I have ordered a number of trees from you before and have always been thrilled. However this last lemon tree was a huge disappointment. There was plenty of foliage but no lemons. I was really upset as it was a 60th birthday present for my brother. I especially ordered from you as so pleased previously… zero wow factor this time

Quality of plaque was very good , plinth to go with it was way too big . As for the engraving - it was so small that I required strong reading glasses to read inscription . The font was smaller than numbers on the bottom of a bank card . When I complained I was told camera was out of focus ( iPhone 13) this was the point the naked eye could not focus on the words . I had ordered this to mark my fathers memorial and was told I would receive a replacement. I have had to conduct memorial without this sentimental addition to a sad day and I still have not received the replacement.

The tree had been incorrectly packed and was upside down. Fortunately it appeared that someone at the delivery company had opened the box and discovered this. There was no information to identify the type of tree nor about its care

Ordered a rose bush to be delivered on a 50th Birthday. Paid extra for specific day delivery. The rose was not delivered until the next day and despite a phone call which was not answered nor the message left responded to ,nor any communication from the company advising about the delay I will admit the receipient was happy with the rose bush. The refund of my extra delivery charge of £3 is insulting considering the company's customer service was severely lacking.

Paid for expedited delivery between Christmas & New Year but despite confirming and charging, delivery not made until 5th Jan. I asked for refund on delivery but was only offered £2 which wasn’t worth the discussion Will not use again - lots of other companies.

I ordered a rose for my friends’ Golden Wedding Anniversary together with an added Lovebom pot of forget me not seeds. Whilst I the rose arrived on the day requested the added gift did not. Since 23 September I have been trying to find out the situation only to be told there is a problem. Promises of delivery on subsequent days have failed to materialise. I have asked for that part of the order to,be cancelled and a refund made, to no avail.

This was for a 50th birthday present and I purchased it 2 weeks before, would have needed 2 months to present as the picture depicts. The delivery was 7 days. The wand is growing but I think it is very expensive for the delivery of 9 willow stico. Sally Pearce
