“Delivery on time trees smaller than expected”

Hi Claire, We're sorry to hear that the trees are smaller than you expected, however, We do make sure to list all of the details about height and pot size on each product page. We hope you enjoy watching the trees grow and flourish for many, many years :)

“The lemon tree was lovely but the specifically chosen card for our 25th anniversary was the one sent- an old lady rose one was sent instead. I wrote to tell you and received no response.”

Hi Niki, thank you for the review. I have checked our system and can see that my colleague replied to your message on the 8th March about the greetings card to explain that we were still waiting on the stock from our printer as we were having a couple of issues. We now have them back in stock so if you would like us to send out a replacement we will be happy to do so. On a brighter note, we're glad that you think the lemon tree is lovely and we hope you enjoy the many lemons that will soon start growing :)

“The plan itself was in very good condition and I was very pleased with it bit the greetings card that accompanied it was crumpled and dirty and completely unusable. Thankfully The plant was delivered to my address and not to the person for whom it was a present.”

“Lovely idea and would use again. My only gripe is that I ordered a tree which online said they had in stock. A week later when it wasn't delivered, I called to ask where it was... a was told out of stock, but we're getting in that week. However Same thing happen the following week as bat h hadn't come in... For something that should have been delivered a few days after ordering. It took 3 weeks!”

Hi Sarah, please accept our apologies that you experiences a delay with your order being delivered. As we work on a next day basis sometimes our trees can go out of stock without warning. Thank you for being understanding and it's great to hear you would use our service again! :)

“I’m afraid I was a little upset as I ordered a tree for a specific day. Nowhere does it tell you that you have to pay extra to have it actually delivered on that day, unless it is is very small print. It therefore upset my mum as it arrived the day before her mum’s Funeral 😢”

Hi Emma, when it comes to choosing a delivery option we have standard delivery which is 3-5 days and nominated day delivery which is a little pricier. We take all of our feedback on board and will look into making the options a little clearer at the check out.

“Came carefully packaged. However, as this was for a wedding gift I would have preferred to have had the inner gift with nicer packaging as it was quite limited given the overall price I paid. £8 for delivery is also very steep.”

“The recipient was pleased with my gift. However at no point in the ordering process was i informed that the product would not be delivered before the 5th Jan. I had wanted it to be delivered on 3rd Jan before the recipient left for a trip. It would have been good if I had known of the Christmas closures before I ordered”

Hi Elaine, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we were closed for the Christmas period at this time, could you please let me know if you were able to choose the 30th December in the calendar when you placed your order as this could have been a technical issue. On a brighter note, even though the delivery was slightly later we know the rose is going to look absolutely beautiful over the summer months and will be enjoyed a lot by the recipient.

“My sister and her husband were delighted with the surprise gift of a lemon tree. However, it was delivered a day later than the day specified in my order. Another disappointment was that although the package contained 7 lemons, only 2 of them were still attached to the branches!”

Hi Veronica, thank you for the review. Were so glad to hear that your sister and her husband are so pleased with their lemon tree. It's unfortunate that some of the lemons had fallen off in the box, this can sometimes happen when the tree is in transit. Lemon trees can produce fruit up to 4 times a year so they will have some more growing very soon!

“Service on the telephone kind and efficient, but the tree was not delivered on the specified day but on the day after, and , as it was a present, I have not been able to see how good a specimen it was or”

“Although my friend was thrilled with the Rose when she eventually received it - I was not happy that my original instructions to leave it by the front door if no one in was not followed. Instead the driver left a card & took it away emailing me to advise it would be delivered the following day.”

“The company were very helpful over the phone and in helping me with my choice of rose bush. I wanted the white one, NOT a pink one as it was for a diamond 60th wedding anniversary on a particular day. I was very disappointed to be advised on the day before, that they had dispatched the pink one, very apologetic and promised a white one the following day - one day late. So hence my rating. If they had got it right it would have been very good”
