The "tree" was tiny. It would be nice if they could put an estimate cm of how big the tree is so it could meet your expectations. I was pretty bleak when watching my friend open it via whatsapp video. :(

The tree arrives slanted and i requested Saturday delivery as it was for Eid and it arrived on Tuesday.

Bought this cherry tree as a gift,but wasn't impressed when it was received. Nothing like the picture.Expect a few long twigs with some leaves on ,mainly bare. I definitely dont think it was worth the price.

Dwarf Cherry Trees are deciduous and arrive cut back with short stems between Oct - May. New growth occurs from Spring with bloom growing from June. I bought a rose as a gift for my friends birthday, whilst she was pleased to receive it, I was less than impressed at their courier DPD, having paid for expedited post and picked a day , it wasn't delivered in time.

Tree arrived on time, had a bit of damage to it emailed back and forth to show what damage was caused. Also white powder visable on leaves which I was told is residue from watering. Package box was to small for tree and foliage not wrapped. Not very impressed with the outcome of emails. There are cheaper options out there but chose to go with this company as it was a present. I wonder if the service would of been better from an other company.

The fault is mine but I would suggest reading the description carefully as we received a box a metre high which contained a plant 25 cms tall at most! I was quite shocked how small it was to be honest. However the packaging was completely over the top!

You need a telephone number on line in large numbers so us older generation not so skilled with the internet can speak with a member of staff.

Problem placing order due to new website so placed without a gift message. Then noticed same rose bush was a lot cheaper from other suppliers. Contacted company who replied quickly but not offered any sort of price match or compensation. A small gesture would have been appreciated so will not use as my first choice in furture.

The Lemon tree arrived in quite a flimsy box the base had come undone and a couple of the lemons had come off in transit. It was a shame as the quality of the tree is excellent

Everything Tree2my door did was great it was the horrendous delivery that ruined the whole experience. DPD emailed 1 hour arrival slots three days in a row without delivering. When DPD did finally deliver they just left the tree on the doorstep when we were clearly at home.

Online ordering service was good but £9 supplement for a nominated “day” delivery for the gift to then be delivered at 8pm at night was not very good service- the date was important as the rose was for a birthday gift

The rose tree I ordered was not delivered but I wasn’t notified. I had to ask the family who I had bought it for if it had arrived as thought it odd that they hadn’t acknowledged the gift. I have been offered another delivery date but after Christmas when I had ordered in plenty of time. The response to my complaint was prompt.

The ordering process was straightforward. The quality of the tree is excellent. I paid £9 for delivery on Tuesday (birthday) and it was delivered on Wednesday.

Had issues ordering online - had a gift card but couldn't order what I initially wanted as not enough money on gift card and I couldn't top up by credit card. Had to buy smaller option. Once order went through everything else was fine and mini lemon tree arrived a couple of days later.

Original order did not arrive even paying next day delivery. You resent but still didn’t arrive then had to email again to finally get a delivery. The original thought behind present to arrive on the day my friend retired was lost due to you
