I sent this as a present so only saw the Rose after it was planted. I wanted it to look really special when it arrived as a 50th birthday present . The recipient didn’t seem to know that it was specifically a 50 th birthday rose as advertised! ?

Despite me paying extra for a specified delivery dates (9th and 19th August) and more again for delivery by 1pm, the roses arrived on 8th, the day before the Golden Wedding date and on Fri 16th instead of Mon 19th, as paid for. This could have been unfortunate since the recipients were away from home at the time. This seems efficient but in fact it spoiled the effect by being earlier than requested, in both cases. Will you refund the excess costs incurred in both cases?

Requested a later delivery date which was confirmed but delivery was still on Original date.

Excellent rose bush, well packed and in good condition. Gift card was included but omitted the important personalisation message.

I ordered a 'Special Daughter' rose for my daughters birthday. The rose was delivered in good time for her birthday however she said it was very dry and foilage drooped and was worried it would not survive. She gave it a good soak and it has recovered. Perhaps plant need a thorough soaking prior to delivery Tree2mydoor.

I paid for nominated day delivery but could see nowhere on the order to put my preferred date. Consequently, the rose arrived 4 days to early and I had to 'nurse' it until the required date. I complained about this and was told they would refund the difference in postage but so far have not received this. Also I paid for a card with my printed message inside BUT all I received was a plain card - no message. Not very happy at all but the rose was nice.

Probably a 3.5 rather than a 3.0. The plant looked very healthy but I thought it was a bit small for the price. Prompt efficient delivery just not such hood value for money at £30. Squires Garden Centres had some at about £18 but unfortunately had sold out or I would have bought it from there.

When the rose bush arrived, it had 7 buds on which was good but the leaves were dirty and as it was for a work colleague whose mother had passed away, we had to manually clean each leaf which was time consuming.

I ordered using my iPhone and wonder if this is why it let me pay for a specific delivery date but didn’t insist on me giving a date? Also, the option of sending a card vanished off the screen, not to reappear. I didn’t get an email reply to my query about the order until I emailed customer support but once in that loop, the response was good!

The box was far too big for the product. I can hardly read the inscription on the plaque. Quick delivery.

No information about name etc of the rose . As this was a present for a joint birthday to receipients it was important that the name of the rose was mentioned

Rather bizarre and worrying to receive your e-mail that Golden Anniversary present rose had been left in front porch of recipient (they don't have one!); later transpired it had been delivered in person. Otherwise fine.

Plant was needing lots of water when it arrived in not great condition,maybe need to review your courier contract. Colour of flowers not the same as in photo.

The rose bush arrived and our parents were over the moon However the card arrived a week later than the rose bush. A day after their actual diamond weeding anniversary which was indeed pointless

Easy to order but take no notice of delivery dates even when standard delivery is 3-5 working days, my order was delivered far too early. I gave feedback accepting that it isn't always possible to guarantee a delivery date, the reposne was they thought I'd be happy with an earlier delivery. The order was specially for a 40th wedding anniversary, hence ordering the 40th anniversary ruby red rose....

I like the gift idea which is why I went for this service however my package which was a present for a friend was delayed with no explanation given so it arrived much later than expected.

I ordered two standard lavender trees last year. Delivery was delayed two or three times. Eventually I cancelled the order and my money was refunded with no trouble. Sadly I didn't get the plants I wanted but was not out of pocket.
