Delivered on time. Not a very impressive looking gift I hope it will blossom into something more memorable in time. No planting or care instructions.

As soon as I filled in the order and indicated that I live in Scotland, your website cancelled my selected delivery date (10 days hence) and offered only an expensive 2-day delivery slot, which was far too early to suit the occasion. I attempted several times to get the delivery date I wanted, before telephoning your office. It took me three or four attempts to get through (phone kept ringing for ages with no pick-up) and I was at the point of giving up, when someone answered and I managed to speak to a rep. I placed the order, but had to pay an extra delivery charge (£10 more than the website advertised) because of my postcode. The goods arrived when promised, but the only downside was that the £2 greeting card had been carelessly stuffed into the bottom of the box and was badly crushed. All rather unsatisfactory.

Rose was beautiful a really strong plant. Was not very happy with delivery paid £8 said it was going to be delivered between 4.05 pm and 5.05 pm it turned up at 6.40 pm just as we were on our way out.

I was given the option with DPD for my item to be delivered to a neighbour, and the delivery change was confirmed. However my item was left at my rear gate and I was away for 6 days. Why confirm the change of delivery then fail to deliver to my neighbour as requested.

I was looking forward to having my cherry tree very much. Only thing it was left at the wrong address. Good thing our neighbours are decent folks. Thanks anyway.

I have not seen the rose tree as I sent it to my friend for her Birthday. Obviously, it was a different house address to mine but it would have been less worrying if I had received an email to say that the item had been safely delivered. I had to wait for her to contact me - three days later.

Was a little concerned that it did not seem to be picked up that I was ordering for somebody other than myself for delivery to an address other than the billing address but unable to give a delivery phone call number and the "do you want to change delivery questions were sent to me and not the recipient.

It was easy to order and gentleman I spoke to was most helpful. The gift arrived on correct day and at time of notification Unfortunately the recipient had to go out and although a message was left on door to leave at next house only 20 yards away the present was left on door-step. As it was a gift I have not been told as to th condition of the rose.1

I am annoyed with the delivery of the product, I paid £8 for it to be delivered on a specific date (my friends birthday), I received a delivery email from DOD saying they had left it in the front porch, this was actually incorrect the gift I ordered was left on the front door step, my friends husband was in and luckily spotted it, clearly the driver didn’t wait for someone to answer the door. Very annoyed, firstly because it was lucky not to have been stolen, and secondly I paid the extra for it to be delivered, not left on a doorstep!

Pleased with item but I had paid for guaranteed delivery before 1pm on given date, but it wasn’t delivered until after 5pm.

The Rose is smaller than I expected. It is in good health I found the website confusing to use when adding a card. This may be easier on a pc rather than a phone.

I ordered a rose bush for a silver wedding anniversary. Unfortunately my gift was lost in transit and failed to arrive on my nominated day. However, a replacement was quickly sent and received by my relatives. As I have not seen the rose I am unable to comment on its condition.

The rose tree was fine and gave great pleasure to the recipient. The delivery was spot on time BUT despite my husband and I being in, on alert for the door bell, the box was dumped BY the front door, not is the porch as claimed, 'unable to deliver', with a photo of it outside the door, with a text message on my phone.

The rose delivered was lovely however it was not delivered on the day requested even though I had paid especially for it to be delivered. The company did finally email me to apologise but not till the afternoon I was expecting it to be delivered. They were going to refund the cost of delivery but not sure if this has been done.

Service performed. Pearl rosebush arrived in good condition. E-site must be improved: choice of date of delivery does not work. Beneficiaries and giver of the order confused in correspondence.

Beautiful plant. Relatives loved it. But please don't fold down a bud if it doesn't fit!! I think for the amount paid, there could've been a different alternative?! I was pleased with the quality of the plant. I would like to use your service again but this did disappoint me. Best wishes Heather Walters

Ok. Not great communication with HQ as no phone number on site, or in emails that was accessible. Card sent before plant. However, once plant sent and received, recipient over the moon on quality.
