Arrived 3 days early even though paid to be delivered on specific date for special anniversary. Also some flowers dying already less than a week later.

I was surprised by the size of the box compared to the contents. I was pleased with the rose when I unpacked it but thought it may have been more established. Very pricey for what it was.

Need to deliver evenings and/weekends to accommodate working households . This is a deal breaker for me in the future .

Very Happy with online order and suitable delivery date offered by Tree2mydoor. Not happy with delivery by dpd, who left the order on a doorstep on a busy road. Family saw the delivery van arrive, went downstairs to open the door only to see the van drive off and rose bush lying on the doorstep. The driver made no attempt to knock or ring bell to make sure package was safely delivered, if the package was delivered as expected I'd have given a VERY GOOD score.

Had a problem with completing my order on line so telephoned instead. Having been assured that I would receive the item at the same price was in line this was not the case. After I compained the difference was "refunded" to my "account" although I don't have an account. Also despite carefully spelling my name on several occasions I am still getting communications with my name spelled wrongly. Apparently the item I ordered was OK so at least the experience was not all negative.

No problem with delivery. Very speedy. Wrong memorial pack delivered, instead of one for an adult person they sent a memorial pack for a pet. If nothing else it did lighten the mood of the recipient.

The rose bush arrived on time but was not very healthy - flower buds had brown marks on which have shown as the petals bloom. I expected a proper 'Pearl Anniversary' rosebush care information label but it was just a printed with the words 'Pearl Anniversay' so could have been put any rose bush. Not really worth the money and my error for not going to a garden centre to see before buying.

The rose bush arrived when it was expected but looked a bit sad and sorry even though we opened the packaging immediately. A large number of the rose flowers were actually dead and by the time we had opened it all up there were petals everywhere. I know the weather is unusually hot but it all looked a bit squashed. I have now replanted it in a large pot with rose compost and deadheaded it so i hope it will begin to flourish, especially as it is a first wedding anniversary gift for our son and daughter in law on Sunday 21st. They obviously haven't seen it yet.

Wanted next day delivery but kept giving a date 4 days later but kept price the same . Tried every way to get the date right but had to settle for date offered 4 days after friends 70 th birthday

I was really unhappy I bought a remembrance tree for a friends whose mother had passed away, passed for next day delivery costing extra to ensure it arrived for the day of the funeral/wake to not receive this for 1 week!! this made me really dissatisfied.

Hi Chloe, I'm really sorry to hear that your feel dissatisfied. Any tree gift pack with an engraved plaque has a turn around time of up to 5 working days as each one is personalised.

When it came to paying your web site was not able to confirm that the payment I had made had gone through and there was no confirming email from you. This was through Paypal. I tried twice paying on my credit card and again there was no indication this had gone through and when I tried to contact you by phone, despite being told repeatedly that I was next in the queue I waited 20 minutes before giving up. I was surprised to receive an email to say I had ordered two roses and did I mean to? I replied I only wanted one and you had to arrange a refund of the extra unwanted order. Once this was done, the order proceeded and I was happy with the delivery etc. I suggest you sort out an obvious problem with your website and the payment arrangements.

Ordered the Diamond Wedding rose for my parents...on opening it they had received a red remembrance rose instead. Not impressed.

Wrong date for delivery, wrong addrssed delivered to initially and driver eventually left it the next day by bins in the dark and left no card for the recipient
