Ordered the Diamond Wedding rose for my parents...on opening it they had received a red remembrance rose instead. Not impressed.

Hi Neil, oh dear that's not good! Please could you contact our customer care team by sending an email to care@tree2mydoor.com so we can investigate this further as there must have been a mix up when the roses were being packed up.

Wrong date for delivery, wrong addrssed delivered to initially and driver eventually left it the next day by bins in the dark and left no card for the recipient

It was 1 week late price tag on £29 but cost £49 and it was a present

When I unpacked the rose bush it was out of the pot and compost was everywhere throughout the packaging. I have replanted it and scraped as much compost together as I could.

Despite e-mails with you the gift was delivered on the wrong date. It arrived on the 26th. September instead of the 28th. as requested and indeed confirmed by you. There was obviously no point of having a choice of date on your website! On the positive side the plant was nice according to the people who were the recipients.

I was very disappointed that my delivery was late and when I spoke to someone on the phone about it he admitted it was your error and didn't even offer any compensation.

Hi Mark, sorry to hear that you have received diseased trees. We have excellent quality control at our nursery's so we're not quite sure how these have been let to slip through. I was very disappointed when the 3 roses arrived. They were supposed to be golden for our parents golden anniversary but the 2 that were flowering were a very pale yellow (not golden at all like your picture suggests) and very small. One of them had clearly not been packaged correctly and was quite damaged on the top with no flowers/buds and very squashed by the cardboard placed on top of it. The card is of cheap quality for such an occasion and not even an envelope. We were embarrassed to see that a friend had given my parents a very beautiful "golden" rose and it really showed up how these were not golden at all and were so pale. I wondered if you had sent the wrong order although they had golden anniversary tags attached to them. We all felt very disappointed after having seen such great reviews on your website. Such a shame as we were really looking forward to sharing this gift with our parents.

Hi Jenny, thank you for contacting us. We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the roses. I have double checked our system and the correct variety was definitely sent out to you. At this time of the year due to the roses being pruned back there can sometimes be less colour. By next Summer when the blooms open again they will have developed a lovely deep yellow colour and will look very golden. Kind Regards.

The rose I ordered for a pearl wedding anniversary was in fact a ruby wedding rose which even had labels on for ruby and pearl anniversary. i expected a white rose but instead got a red one. One of the branches was also broke.

The tree arrived in good health, but the greetings card that should have been with it never arrived. Also, I was expecting there to be some kind of information card with the tree saying what kind of tree it is, and maybe some care instructions. Without either of these things, my friends didn't know who the gift was from or what it was!

I ordered a rose for my best friends pearl anniversary, I ordered the pearl anniversary rose to be delivered to them on their special day. The wrong rose was delivered. when I complained it was suggested that the right rose could be exchanged for the wrongly delivered one. in the end I was bit fed up with leasing between my friends and Tree to My door to find a suitable swap over date. I was however very grateful when Gareth suggested that they could keep the first rose. It meant that they wouldn't have to wait in. it would have been more helpful though if he had offered this in the beginning.

Delivery times excellent. Size of tree relative to price was very disappointing, especially when comparing with other providers of the same product. Also tree was rather dishevelled and very thirsty on arrival.

Easy to use website and good product choice and tree in good condition and would use again BUT: Delivery was not so good - I ordered the tree on 1st August , paid extra (£7.50) to have next day delivery when the recipient of the gift would not be at home, but received the tree on 3rd. I did manage to hide it so all is well but for next time may like to be sure of a delivery date when ordering, especially if I have paid extra for that.

The delivery man 'threw' the tree at my cousin and the container was damaged and the rose broken. ( we have photos) It was a ruby wedding present and in fact my cousin has had to report the damage and awaits a replacement. On the other hand the complaints staff were great.

Lemon tree didn't arrive on the day specified. Confusion over whether it was lost by courier. Later, after waiting in a further day without delivery, found out it had been cancelled without my knowledge and a further order had to be made. Tree arrived late for daughter's 50th birthday. Lemon tree very nice but disappointed with service.

It was easy to order and the Bush was very well packaged and green. However, I paid extra for an early delivery before 10am and this did not happen. I phoned the company to complain and it took over 20mins for them to answer. I was told the delivery company chosen did not deliver that early and they said their website needed updating. They were full of apologies and did refund me the difference in the cost of postage, although personally I felt they could have refunded the whole cost of the postage considering the amount of time they took to answer the phone. I probably will not order from them again.

I thought the price of the rose was reasonable but when it arrived all the flowers looked half dead. Considering it was a wedding present I wasn't very impressed. In the end I bought another one from somewhere else as well as I felt it didn't look nice enough to give as a present.
