I ordered a tree to go directly to someone who had just lost their mother. I liked that there was an option to add an engraved plaque and it seemed perfect as her mum loved to garden. There was a long wait time on delivery, given all that is going on I understand that. I paid extra for delivery on a set day, the day before I received a text that it was cancelled. Then I chased and was advised it would be there on a different set day. It did arrive but without the mounting for the plaque just a note saying thanks for supporting us in the difficult time. I presume the mounting will arrive soon but was most annoyed that no one told me it was missing and so the receiver was a little confused what she was meant to do with the plaque. Given that it was obviously for a sad occasion as the engraving said in loving memory I feel like it should have been important to let me know that it wouldn't be a complete delivery. This wasn't a cheap item to order and I don't feel that the service was up to standard. I would think twice about ordering from them again.

The box was great. The tree was the smallest cutting I've ever seen. £41 including card plus delivery. Our 50th anniversary gift. An insult. L. Powell

I purchased a tree for my Mother for Mothers Day. I paid extra for delivery the day before mothers day. While this was short notice it was available as a delivery date on their website. If this had not been available I would have shopped elsewhere. The tree arrived the following week and then only after I emailed to ask where it was. I followed up to request at least a refund of the shipping and so they refunded the additional $5.10 for a Saturday delivery. There was no apology for not delivering on schedule. I won't be shopping with this company again.

The roses are pretty but one has a slight scent and the ont that is supposed to be very fragrant has no scent at all. Disappointed...

I paid a lot of money for a magnolia tree for Mother’s Day- what a disappointment! The ‘tree’ was minuscule! I won’t be using this company again I’m afraid.

I had to chase up my order a couple of times as it was not delivered when I requested. I only found out it was not delivered from the recipient rather than the company. Had I not checked with my relative who knows if I would have been notified. Despite this customer service was helpful and it eventually did get to the right place but later than the special day I had hoped and planned.

I bought a condolence gift and your site needs to rethink of how to compassionately deliver such gifts ordered. Merely using a DPD service is not good enough as the condolence gift was left in a common area for the griever to collect. Not something you want someone to do who is grieving. The delivery person should have checked whether the recipient was in than merely leaving it in a common area than a neighbor as suggested. I’m not sure whether they received it and can’t check directly as that would be tasteless in the circumstances.

I have never written a negative review before but feel quite strongly about my experience..... After receiving the plant I called to speak to customer service as rose was not as described. I have never bought a plant online and explained I knew nothing about gardening but this was a special present for my mother as part of her birthday celebration. Didn’t get the response I was looking for from customer service but an unenthusiastic attempt was made to try and reassure me.

small sub quality trees. cud have bought a decent sized one for that price and taken it to them. what a disappointment a pathetic stick turning up was for my brother. even the most expensive of diy warehouses sell a 2 metre tree for 25 quid.

Plants eventually arrived, got what I ordered and price is reasonable. I did not like that I had paid extra to have them delivered sooner and they were still delivered two weeks later. Had this been clarified at point of purchase I’d have paid the standard delivery rate. Upon querying where my purchases were and when I would be expecting them, I had correspondence days later and they gave me responses to questions I didn’t even ask. Mixed information from two different sources was a little frustrating too. If you’re guaranteed to get your purchase(s) when you purchase them it’s fantastic. If not, I probably wouldn’t recommend.

Paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery, it didn't come, rang them, they confirmed it hadn't left their depot,so they refunded the difference from normal postage the man guaranteed delivery by 11.59am next day, it arrived at 2.42pm !!!!!

My first experience with Tree2mydoor was not good. I fully understood why I could not select Monday as a nominated delivery day for a 70th Birthday Present. However when delivery was carefully arranged for Friday 13th before 1.00 and the delivery did not arrive because the courier forgot to put it on his van....... I understand that the £12 extra delivery charge was waived but the disappointment and inconvenience of chasing up the non-delivery was not compensated in any way. The patio plum tree was finally delivered and the recipient was pleased with the (delayed) gift.

Didn’t come when it should have and I paid extra for it , also when I phoned I was cut of twice and kept waiting over 25 minutes , so overall not a good experience !!
