When it came to paying your web site was not able to confirm that the payment I had made had gone through and there was no confirming email from you. This was through Paypal. I tried twice paying on my credit card and again there was no indication this had gone through and when I tried to contact you by phone, despite being told repeatedly that I was next in the queue I waited 20 minutes before giving up. I was surprised to receive an email to say I had ordered two roses and did I mean to? I replied I only wanted one and you had to arrange a refund of the extra unwanted order. Once this was done, the order proceeded and I was happy with the delivery etc. I suggest you sort out an obvious problem with your website and the payment arrangements.
