The Yucca tree I ordered wasn't as pictured. The height described as 85cm was only met because of one particularly pointy leaf and I only have one stem/stalk/branch not the two as described. Healthy plant, delivered fast but underwhelmed as not really what was pictured/described.

The tree arrived upside down in the box and the courier had taped the package as it had split. The tree was bent and the compost was all spilled out.

Cost nearly three times as much as a similar rose bush from local garden centre and only had one bud on it.

The tree arrived a week after the supposed delivery date, missing fathers day by 7 days and making me look like I'd forgotten it

Delivery tool 10 days longer than notifies. Not great when the tree was for a birthday gift.

rose bush was 9 inches high ,with some green shoots, not what I was expecting from the picture, I could get the same thing from my local garden centre in full bloom 24 inches high and a proper bush for less than £ 20 and gift wrapped

I was dissatisfied with the rose that I sent my parents for their coral anniversary as it was just a pot with a cut stalk in it. I couldve got better at the local garden centre and for cheaper too. The wrapping was also quite tacky. I have emailed but go no reply

The rose was for a friend whose Father died last week. You delivered it quickly and the lady was pleased to have something to remember her Dad. Let's hope it thrives.

Unfortunately when the rose bush arrived 2 of the main branches which contained buds where snapped and hanging. It was a birthday present so I had to present it as it was. Such a shame as this is my 3rd order from you, all the others have been faultless .

Very poor The trees delivered to my mum for her birthday looked nothing like those advertised, little more than sticks. She is a keen gardener and while she has nursed one to survive (now sticks with some tiny green shoots) the other has no sign of life.

I ordered 2 remembrance roses for my 2 daughters after losing their grandad to covid-19. I specifically paid to speed up the delivery with dpd to ensure they arrived with my daughters on the morning of the funeral and unfortunately I was only sent one. Also to my disappointment, the rose was just a twig in a plant pot “due to the pandemic” which was not made apparent on the website prior to ordering. To be fair the 2nd rose was sent quickly after contacting you but also the same disappointment with a twig in a pot.

you already have my review, sent a week ago by email. 3 twigs in a plastic pot is not appropriate when sold as a 70th birthday present.

Hav just received the rose , SPIRIT IN THE SKY, HAV PLANTED IT, AND IS LOOKING HEALTHY, TIS ROSE ONE OF TWO, I WOULD LOVE TO GET THE ROSE CALLED , MY ANNIE. ARE U ABLE TO THIS ROSE PLEASE, AS IN MEMORY OF MY FEMALE DOG THAT I HAVE JUST LOST, SO MANY THANX FROM MY HEART, IF THIS IS POSSIBLE,

Item purchased as gift. Received email to say being delivered. Didn't arrive so tracked package. Courier company said parcel not received. Emailed company who advise lost in transit. Not sure how given I had received a delivery date. Company have dealt quickly with query, but am still awaiting delivery.

Yes, it was easy to contact Tree2mydoor but the questionaire was not easy to follow and I ordered two rose bushes instead of one as I was asked twice to "add to basket". Then urged to pay before something went away. I was told online on Tuesday it would be delivered between two and three days but it wasn't delivered until the following Tuesday in fact 8 days. Not a crime just be straight about delivery days!

I would not normally do this but as the rose was packed upside down I do not think this is very good at all. I do understand that the delivery at the moment is difficult but had hoped it would be delivered for my daughter's 50th birthday and it was delivered a week early but again difficult times but I fail to see why it could not be packed appropriately the right way up.

I ordered a tree to go directly to someone who had just lost their mother. I liked that there was an option to add an engraved plaque and it seemed perfect as her mum loved to garden. There was a long wait time on delivery, given all that is going on I understand that. I paid extra for delivery on a set day, the day before I received a text that it was cancelled. Then I chased and was advised it would be there on a different set day. It did arrive but without the mounting for the plaque just a note saying thanks for supporting us in the difficult time. I presume the mounting will arrive soon but was most annoyed that no one told me it was missing and so the receiver was a little confused what she was meant to do with the plaque. Given that it was obviously for a sad occasion as the engraving said in loving memory I feel like it should have been important to let me know that it wouldn't be a complete delivery. This wasn't a cheap item to order and I don't feel that the service was up to standard. I would think twice about ordering from them again.
