Had a problem with completing my order on line so telephoned instead. Having been assured that I would receive the item at the same price was in line this was not the case. After I compained the difference was "refunded" to my "account" although I don't have an account. Also despite carefully spelling my name on several occasions I am still getting communications with my name spelled wrongly. Apparently the item I ordered was OK so at least the experience was not all negative.
