“Unfortunately one of the vines was delivered upside down in the box and one of the main branches had snapped. I also bought some vines from two other companies and they were much cheaper and much bigger.”

“Delivered on time but I was shocked by the photo my niece sent of her 50th birthday gift! just 2 twigs! So I cannot give a higher rating for this rose bush until it grows! If it grows to look like the advertised picture it will have full marks-if not I will contact you again and utilise the 5 year guarantee. very glad we have that!”

“I bought a golden wedding rose bush for my mum but didn’t give it her as it was just as the photo shows just twigs no green I kept it myself as it didn’t look very good , I know it will grow but couldn’t give it as a gift, even though I know there would be no roses I thought there may be leaves etc so had to purchase from somewhere else with green on”

“I ordered a rose bush for a 50th birthday present and when it arrived it was a rose bush without and leaves just 4 sticks in the soil. I understand that it’s the time of year but I think it should be stated and a picture of what it may look like this time of year. Fingers crossed it will turn out like the rose onvv bc the label”

“The product (blueberry plant) I ordered was an anniversary gift; although I have not seen it I have been told it was in beautiful condition and the recipient was really happy with it. I had issues with the delivery though. I paid for nominated day delivery and the item did not arrive on this date. The delivery company then did not deliver it on the day given and it had to be changed to the following day. I did contact tree2mydoor to see if they would refund me the nominated day delivery fee or at least the difference between the nominated day fee and the normal delivery charge but haven't had a response. However I would use them again as the item itself was well received.”

“The trees are wonderful and I love them, but I paid for a 'nominated day' delivery and it arrived the day before. I appreciate everyone is currently busy but this is a house where everyone is a keyworker and we are not all at home!”

“I ordered a lemon tree to decorate my Easter table , I was hoping a lemon tree with lemons. I received a nicely packaged tree without lemons (so I had to add fake lemons to the tree myself), The leaves of the lemon tree were dusty, so I had to clean them with a wipe one by one. I also have not received a care document on how to look after my tree. So as much as the company performed its contract, I was misled by the picture on the website and I think as a gift, the tree was not in a clean enough condition to send to someone.”

“The order was easy, the delivery was on time, unfortunately the rose sent was incorrect. I’d ordered a 30th anniversary and an At Peace was sent. But if a touchy subject as the husband was critically ill, fortunately he has pulled through and they were able to see the funny side. I would be apprehensive to order another rose though.”

“Nice plants. A bit pricy. annoyed that the message on a gift to me and then to another wasn’t sent with the plant. Also promotion code that I received when sent a gift didn’t work when I ordered one to send as a present for another.”

“The tree arrived on time and in good conditions, but there was no description or advice on how to plant it. Since this was a present for an inexpert gardener, he didn't have a clue of what kind of tree it was and how to deal with it. Considering the price, I was expecting a bit more.”

“The rose bush looked very healthy and a good size. It was delivered to an address on the other side of the road,necessitating our daughter having to go and fetch it-we are not talking 2 minutes away-a good fifteen minutes!”

“Tree arrived on time but nothing with it to say what type of tree or how to look after it, my family looked online.I also managed to miss the optional gift card so sent one seperately. Overall pleased but info with the gift would be a helpful.”
