“The plant was not well rooted in the pot, I am seriously concerned how well this plant will cope with being planted as it’s root system is not very well advanced. At the same time another rose was purchased from a different online source which has a very well developed root it has been planted and is flourishing well. The plant was packaged well and arrived swiftly, however if the plant needed longer in its original pot prior to planting this needed to be advised. Had the root been more advanced or extra planting information provided you would have received a higher rating. Lower recommendation score as competitor plant was in a more suitable condition to be planted.”

“Fast delivery but felt that the rose was very small for the price. I know it was cut back to protect in transit but it came in a metre high box so didn't need to be quite so harshly pruned. I felt a bit embarassed giving it as a £35 gift.”

“Unfortunately, the website promised a delivery day if I paid extra. I did this to ensure that the tree arrived on my friend's birthday, but it didn't arrive. It arrived 4 days later. When I made a complaint I was refunded the extra I had paid for the specific delivery day, but it was sad that it hadn't arrived on my friend's birthday. When the tree did arrive, it was perfect and my friend loved it! She loved the fact that you can 'register' your tree and receive growing tips.”

“Rose didn't arrive in the best shape as a few branches had snapped in transit. I had to tidy it up a bit before giving it as a gift which was a shame as one of the buds was nearly flowering. No other concerns though. Quick service”

“This parcel was very well packaged and inside the roses were wrapped prettily. However the roses are much smaller than expected. Not even a hint of any flowering buds yet although they are healthy looking plants.”

“Would use this company again, I bought a lovely rose bush as a gift! Although the courier company they use aren’t so good, the plant was delivered in a large box with arrows and writing stating which way it should be transported, However When delivered the courier was holding it upside down so you can imagine the mess once I open up the box! And all the wrapping and personalised card was ruined!! 😔”

“Was expecting a standard rose and although an explanation was given and no doubt it will grow as it was a gift at looks a bit pathetic.Hopefully in the next couple of weeks it should have some leaves!”

“Delay on delivery and had to chase to find out approximately when it would arrive - this was a special gift and there was an explanation that this was not in bud yet but it would be soon -proof will be in a months time -not sure I would spend as much again for what was delivered”
