“I was happy to find this rate tree. The tree would have been good but it was poorly packed and handled badly by the delivery service. It lost branches and many leaves. I told them and they offered care advice but nothing more. I am giving it TLC & hope all well in the end.”

“There were some confusing emails regarding whether my order had gone through or not? I had to send my confirmation email before sorted! Product not as nicely presented as in photo. Delivery good.”

“Good delivery service but i bought a tree in November that should only be planted in Spring and i think it would have been good to have a pop up notice to suggest delaying the purchase or at least delivery until a good planting time.”

“when our trees arrived the box was torn open and partially crushed, I think the trees are ok, only time will tell. packaging needs to be looked at and improved”

“The items were delivered as promised my only concern was that two pots both 20cms x 6cms were posted in a box a meter high x 30cms wide. Utterly ridiculous.”

“My rose bush arrived on time, so no quibble with the actual delivery service. I had paid £2 for a Wedding Anniversary card to go with it, which, sadly was creased and grubby because it had been dropped straight into the box with the rose - no envelope.”

“Excellent service but I definitely think it’s way more expensive than anywhere else but I needed it in a hurry so therefore I excepted the price and as good as the company was on arrival and how it was packaged I wouldn’t spend that kind of money again”

“The tree was delivered as ordered, however I asked for and messaged a card to be delivered with this tree but no card was with it, the recipient did not know who had sent it which is not great seeing as this was a memorial gift.”

“I am uncertain what to write. I purchased a golden wedding anniversary yellow rose, and it arrived in good condition and is a healthy looking plant - but the flowers are white!! Is this a rouge rose? And do the blooms eventually turn yellow? I have given the rose to the intended recipients as it is their anniversary on Saturday, but I think that I have been given the wrong rose!”

“Ordering was simple but unfortunately after paying for named date the rose bush I ordered for my bereaved friend did not arrive on chosen day. I understand the weekend I rider Ed was a bank holiday, that is why I emailed to enquire if order would arrive. when we agreed and you responded with email saying yes my order would definitely be delivered to my friend on my chosen date. Had you informed me it would come the day after I would have told my friend when to expect delivery such a shame as everything up to that point went smoothly.”

“Lovely olive tree, unfortunately the pot was smashed. Obviously in transit. The greeting card was lying in the bottom of the box not in an envolope and was pretty cheap, so discarded and replaced with a new one I bought.”
