“I paid extra for delivery on a specific date due to it being a funeral deliver of a rose and it missed the date. I contacted the company in relation to this and didnt get a response or refund of the additional payment i made for a specific date delivery”

“Paid £8 to hopefully have them delivered Monday but once I realised they wouldn't be delivered Monday i asked for them to be delivered Wednesday but they got delivered Thursday?”

“My overall experience with Tree2mydoor was good however I didn't appreciate that you combined my order with an order placed by my cousin and therefore delivered a day earlier than I had requested. Especially as I had paid £10 delivery for that specific date!”

“It was a slight disappointment that I was unable to make the purchase by telephone so I could not emphasise that I was hoping the delivery to Mr. and Mrs. Milborrow would be within 3, rather than 5, days so it arrived quite a while after their 50th! We have since ordered a magnolia for ourselves and I am sure that will arrive safely.”

“Unfortunately the plant wasn’t delivered on the day that I asked for. I would have liked to have known that it wasn’t going to be delivered then rather than me having to chase it up. I did receive a prompt refund for the delivery charge though”

“Tree itself is a lovely idea but let down by transportation by DPD. It arrived with partly opened box dirt all over the place inside the tissue and gift card filthy from the dirt ! Sent photos and email but no response back after photos were issued overall not the best experience”

“Whilst the description stated no pot on the Willow Wand, I thought the picture was a bit misleading as it showed the wand in a gift wrapped pot, it wasn't until my family member received it did they make me aware it was not in a pot. That is me not paying attention to the detail/description, I went by the pictures!”

“Tree received but had no baubles which is a shame and not as advertised. Also all the soil had come out of the pot so it was messy. Apart from that it was well received and a nice gift for my elderly parents. Despite the above I would probably use this company again.”

“Pleased with the purchase but I requested that it be delivered on my niece's birthday but then I received a message saying that it would be delivered 5 days earlier. She wasn't allowed to open any packages before her birthday so it was then left in the box unopened for several days - some of the fruits had fallen off but there were 2 still remaining on the tree. I thought if I selected a specific day for delivery that it would have been delivered on that day.”
