Good service bush looks healthy ....only criticism is that accompanying card we paid extra for did not come in an envelope and it was all creased and unusable as it had been stuffed in the box with the invoice.

I thought the service was a great idea especially when it has been more challenging to got to shops. They provided exactly what I was looking for. A tree as a gift.

Got a gift card for Christmas, wanted to use it to buy a gift for myself. The gift card site said you have to ring tree2mydoor to order, which I did. They said I need to exchange my gift card for one of their gift vouchers online - which was fine. Took a while but managed to do it. Chose what I wanted, put the gift voucher number in. Took me to the card details page (I needed to partially pay for the order). No summary of what I’d bought or anything to say that the gift card had been accepted, as would be usual for most sites. Realised then that it hadn’t gone through (due to an error I probably made) so I unknowingly paid full price. Was a bit annoyed as this could be easily solved with a summary of your order before final checkout. Reached out to customer service and was basically told they can’t do anything and I’d have to use my gift voucher to buy something else? Seems strange they couldn’t refund me and let me try again. This all led to me spending more money than I wanted. Upon delivery - plants were delivered promptly in good sturdy packaging, nicely gift wrapped. The plants themselves are healthy, if a little smaller than I expected for the price. Overall happy with the actual products.

I was slightly concerned as I didn't received a notification to say the gift had been delivered by the courier. Luckily, the recipient did get in touch with me though!

The olive plant was quite a bit smaller than I expected but looked very healthy when I saw it at my sone.

The problem I have had appears to be with the driver not being able to find the property but said there was no-one at home when I know there definitely was. When it came to paying extra to have the rose delivered to me at home the link for payment didnt work and still isnt working.

Bush arrived ok but ordered a personalised card- do not buy. No envelope, had dirt on it from the bush and the personalised was a sticker with the name on it!

Plant didn’t arrive with any lemons on as shown in the picture and the packaging was destroyed by the courier company which was a shame for the price I paid and as it was a gift, but the plant is nice

Very helpful male person talked to me on the phone about gift selection ideas I suggest you offer more non-plant gifts - I would have spent another £20 if you have a trowel etc to go with the plant Delivery was later than i expected so the plant missed my friend's actual birthday - we put that down to Mothers Day rush

I paid extra for delivery on a specific date due to it being a funeral deliver of a rose and it missed the date. I contacted the company in relation to this and didnt get a response or refund of the additional payment i made for a specific date delivery

Paid £8 to hopefully have them delivered Monday but once I realised they wouldn't be delivered Monday i asked for them to be delivered Wednesday but they got delivered Thursday?
