“I chose TravelTime because of the competitive price and options available. I've never had to claim on travel insurance before but during a recent trip I fell very ill which required hospital treatment. I had to miss my flights home and rebook new ones, and book additional accommodation. Travel Time helped with all of this and paid out on my claim within an acceptable time period. Since then I have used Travel Time as my travel insurance provider repeatedly.”

“I have been using TravelTime Travel Insurance for my winter trips to Austria for many years and I have always found them to be extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. In particular, my requirements in recent years have become more and more complicated due to my medical conditions and new Brexit regulations. I currently spend most of the winter months in Austria and now require a Visa from the Austrian Embassy as I spend up to 5 months there. The Embassy require proof of cover for all Schengen countries, not just Austria, and winter sports cover for the whole period, not just a limited number of days. I also have various medical conditions which need to be declared. It is very difficult to find a company that will satisfy these requirements, but TravelTIme have always been able to offer me a suitable policy. I am also really impressed with the personal touch provided - I have regularly spoken to the same agents when I have phoned so that I feel that they have knowledge about my case and I am not starting from scratch every time I make an enquiry. Moreover, the managing director, Ian Jennings has been in regular touch by email, and has made it possible for me to make contact directly rather than having to go through the website every time so that the policy can be tailored to my specific needs. My questions have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently, either by email or telephone call, so I hope that I can continue to use TravelTime for many years to come.”

“I did experience trouble receiving my information via email and spent most of an afternoon trying to get this sent to me… felt that the person on the other end of the phone didn’t really have time for me the first few times I called….
