“Its March. I have taken out the policy ahead of a trip in November I have had no reason to call on the policy and haven't even travelled yet, so the constant reminders from them to "review" the company are inappropriate. To be fair they probably deserve 3 stars - the middle rating, as I have zero knowledge if they are good or bad, but I have knocked a star off due to them begging for a rating immediately after I took out the policy. In my opinion, only people who have used insurance policies - called on the policy and tested its payment and helpfullness ander its terms and conditions- have a right or reason to review them. I am not in that position. I am only writing this to make them leave my in-box alone.”
