“I have been with TimeTravel for last 3 years, the renewals were easy, and the price hike was reasonable compared to others. Last year I had European-wide cover, I wanted to travel to Asia, so rather than change the existing policy they suggested that it would be cheaper for me to take a new policy just for that trip. I was impressed with that !!!”

“So easy to book online travel insurance online with Traveltime, also a lot cheaper than other travel insurance companies, haven't used the insurance yet as it is for a forthcoming holiday,so can't comment on the service given if needed to make a claim, but hopefully that won't be applicable”

“Easy to set up but if you need to claim prepare for a lengthy claim process. I was asked to provide the same information again and again I had already provided. The staff is somewhat confused and I was given contradicting information by different people. Payment finally agreed in just over 10 weeks and only after chasing it up many times.”

“Didn't need to claim but did feel the policy was more expensive than it needed to be considering the pre existing condition is managed but had to be declared so what can you do. Just another added difficulty of having a Disabled child.”
