“We recently wanted to upgrade our policy to worldwide cover for 7 days . We were charged £165 which we thought was excessive. The lady we dealt with was very efficient but it was hard to understand how they could justify such an additional cost.”

“Normally good but fell short today. Rang 4.54. No answer. After 5 minutes told I was in a queue. After 15 minutes, I gave up - suspect everyone had gone home!”
