The pot holes in the car park were large and deep enough to break the axle on a car. I was given a disabled room with two singles put together to make a double bed. The edges of the bed made it difficult for me to change position to sleep, so a disabled person would possibly find this even more uncomfortable? The shower had an irregular flow, which dropped rather than sprayed out from the shower head. The staff were amiable and helpful.

The room and facilities were great. But had the worse night sleep ever due to fork lift truck constantly moving equipment from 2.30am onwards think it was for the market.

Sadly the Wifi I paid for didn't work and the toilet didn't flush. I moved to a different room with a working toilet, but still no Wifi, despite paying an extra charge for it.

Threw out of your website a couple of times so rang the hotel directly, put through to a 'chargeable' booking service who sent me individual booking forms forms so not sure if for 2 rooms and looks like they have charged me double!

Very poor hotel. Room clean but no hot water this morning. No tooth glasses (not even plastic). Uht milk very unsatisfactory. Stale water left in kettle. No soap in either dispenser. Basin or bath. Basin plug did not seal basin so had to constantly run water while shaving Charging for internet service. Very poor in this day and age. Like charging for water. This is the first feedback.

I searched to find the cost for the hotel, the page remained open on my computer and when I went to book the price had gone up by £10. I was disappointed.

We booked a double room for one night when the confirmation email came it started a twin room I went straight back into the Travelodge website to change this ( within 5 minutes of the original booking) the only option to change this was to modify the booking which I did only to find it was a £10 change for this on top of the £157 for the 1 night. I personally feel that this charge is unjust, this also will now influence my future bookings both for business and leisure.

Very disappointed that majority of Travelodge hotels do not have twin bedded rooms. Instead I have had to book a family room which costs considerably more.

We were extremely disappointed that the lift still was not working. We both are in our seventies and were put on the 3rd floor. We assumed it would have been repaired as we stayed there 3 months earlier and it was not working. The receptionist said it's not worked for 6 months. A company the size of Travelodge should have this working again in days.

Avoid any room with an even number. All the those room windows back onto a very noisy building probably a refrigeration unit. The humming makes it almost impossible to sleep. This is with the window firmly shut. A friend has an old numbered room with no noise.
