The worst place I’ve ever been in, the room was supposed to be a king size room but it wasn’t even as big as a small single room, we were 2 and we had no space to even to hang our clothes because there was no wardrobe and the was no hair dryer no no safe, no telephone, no bedside table, no tea and coffee and no room service at all!! We were there for 5 days we used the same towels we only had one towel each and we had to reuse them for 5 days. There was no bath just a tiny shower and a tight toilet with a toilet-roll and no change of anything

A lot of messing about trying to pay for it would not recognize my master card, unable to get NHS discount due to not recognize the code you gave me poor service. Booked over my mobile phone.

I tried several times to book the room with no success. It went OK until I reached payment then nothing . My daughter in law tried for me but the same thing happened. You must have lost a great deal of customers. This is not a review of my stay just the booking procedure. I have stayed at the strand several times, I like the hotel.

I tried to book a contingent room but it appears to have defaulted to saver rate which is not what I requested

Unfortunately I made a mistake when I booked my hotel as I should have booked into the Heston M4 westbound Travelodge and not the Heaston M4 eastbound Travelodge. I tried to change my booking but was informed that this was not possible because I had booked a saver rate room. The westbound room would have cost me more and I would have been happy to pay an additional admin fee as it was my mistake however I was still told this was not possible. I will therefore never use Travelodge again as I do not think it is fair to ask someone to cancel a booking and lose the full booking price and pay again to move from one hotel to another within the same hotel chain.

Mostly was great but found difficult to get back to change an error (amount t of adults, skept saying one but I wanted two.

Still like Travelodge, but prices have risen greatly since lockdown. It's difficult to find 2 or 3 cheap nights together now. Had hoped to do a 3 night booking for my latest, but had to just do the 2 nights. Sometimes rival hotels have been cheaper and have gone with them. Been a Travelodge customer for 17 years. It would be nice to see a loyalty programme maybe.

Absolutely awful customer service. We’ve been told we have to self-isolate as my daughter has been in contact with someone from her nursery that’s tested positive for COVID. So we’re unable to travel this coming weekend. I’ve called them twice and sent a form off on their website. Absolutely nothing back or no help over the phone - “just fill in the form and wait for someone to come back to you”. I just need a voucher code confirming so I can use it at a later date. Being messed around massively and doubt I’d stay in a Travelodge again now!
