Cost of room increased twice in same day before I was able to book including over £2 between checking price and logging in to my account

Rooms are a bit basic, 2 chairs in room but no table, and no housekeeping had to go to reception to get more coffee and milk

It took me days to be able to book. It wouldn’t let me go through to pay by card online. I finally was able to get through on the third day of trying online.

Your system crashed when I was paying. Had to contact bank etc after authorising first payment. Worked 2nd time round

I was unable to book a room via the website because despite numerous attempts the payment page wouldn’t appear on my iPhone. I had to download the App instead and book it that way. For some reason I’ve received the confirmation text message 12 times over the last 48 hours

I arrived at the hotel at noon and asked if the room was available to check in. I was severely berated by the desk man for not paying for "early check in" which I wouldnt have done anyway. All I asked was a question and then I asked if I could leave my bag there for 3 hours while I happily went off in search of lunch. On my return at 14:00 I sat in a chair, happy to wait for an hour to check in. The same guy walked past me lots of times and was clearly happy to see me waiting patiently. What annoyed me was the fact that others were checking in at this time

Booking was a nightmare this time.Sent for vice from bank but couldn’t input it tried many times but gave up. Bank continued to send codes _ I ended up with 16! Next day started process again and was successful but didn’t use login

Love Travelodge but was disappointed I was directed to the site through a 5% discount code and then didn't get the opportunity to put the discount code in before you took my money😔

No free parking for disabled people The bed was diping in the middle No fried egg for breakfast The menu has chicken. And it tells you it comes with slure when we asked No we don't have that never have dont know why it's on menu

Not value for money ! One night £150 no breakfast no parking first come first serve , Bath side all stains no shower gel or soaps Poor !

Wasted a lot of time visiting the hotel site which only gives rates for staying on the day you are on line (ie: today). No opportunity to put in the date several weeks ahead when you actually want to stay. Had to find another route. Wanted this location or would have gone elsewhere.?

Website is full of bugs - it also require a UK postcode for some reason even though people from abroad will use it

The hotels I have stayed in over the years, have over the last few years gone down hill where as the prices have risen dramatically.

The website was extremely glitchy. When I signed in and tried to make a reservation it would not accept my zip code as valid. I even checked my account information to confirm and the info they had listed showed my correct zip. When I tried to contact someone online, there was a message no one was available. I restarted my laptop to erase the sign-in and tried to reserve a room. it got to payment confirmation, I added my payment info, it then kicked me to the previous page. I had no way of knowing if the transaction was completed. I had to wait until the next day to check my credit card site to see if I had been charged. I didn't want to try and make a reservation again and then be billed for 2 rooms on the same nights. I've been happy with the Travelodge hotels themselves, but the site is hideous.

Review of booking experience: since I last used it the website has changed for the worse. Confusing and contradictory in places, it takes you round and round in circles. Still, I got there in the end.
