The worst place I’ve ever been in, the room was supposed to be a king size room but it wasn’t even as big as a small single room, we were 2 and we had no space to even to hang our clothes because there was no wardrobe and the was no hair dryer no no safe, no telephone, no bedside table, no tea and coffee and no room service at all!! We were there for 5 days we used the same towels we only had one towel each and we had to reuse them for 5 days. There was no bath just a tiny shower and a tight toilet with a toilet-roll and no change of anything

You obviously issue these invites without any thought or recognition of circumstances. I didn't actually get to stay in Acton despite booking and paying for it months in advance. I was contacted at 8.20pm Sat25.11.23, whilst on my way to check-in, to be told you had made an error and there was no room for me, without offering any solution other than refunding my money. When I stated that was completely unacceptable I was eventually provided with a room at Park Royal which is a hotel I would never choose to stay at as it was nowhere near where I was visiting, has no restaurant facility and is sandwiched between the A40 dual carriageway, which is both busy and is carrying out significant roadworks throughout the night, and a railway line which runs freight throughout the night. I had to take additional cabs and was completely inconvienced. Other than this survey request I have received no contact, no apology and no compensation of my additional cost and inconvenience. As previously stated this solution was only provided because of my insistence that nothing could be done for me was completely unacceptable. All of this is completely unacceptable. I stay in a Travlodge at least once per month and have already made advance bookings that I am now seriously considering cancelling after being treated like this. I would like both an apology and compensation of the additional cost I incurred as a result of you mistake.

Foul smell on the landing. The bathroom was not clean. Staff couldn’t understand simple English. I have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions and I have not had an issue but this stay has been very bad

Not very welcoming. View over carpark and a window from another room less than 2 metres away with no privacy. Kept awake all night by being right next to busy road . Super room are tiny not worth the extra cost . Staff didn't seem to care

Arrived at the hotel , having booked and paid extra for a quiet room ,I was put in a ground floor room next to a busy road . The bathroom extractor did not turn off . I spoke to reception and they were just not interested and unhelpful basically said tough .

The first 5 minutes of the phone call was taken up by establishing that you had hotel in Buckingham due to lack of understanding of the English language. I hung up after 12 minutes and called again to get another operative. The total process took and cost £ 5.69. Not good enough.

A lot of messing about trying to pay for it would not recognize my master card, unable to get NHS discount due to not recognize the code you gave me poor service. Booked over my mobile phone.

Booked for yesterday evening 17/10/23 whilst sitting 2mins from hotel … only to be told at reception no booking and hotel full when reception asked to see email confirmation it shows booking for 22nd I have raised a case as the system allowed booking for 17th ref 15071-2165585

Andrea and Emma at Croydon Central, and Andrew and team at London Central King's Cross were really helpful at resolving a query over bag storage. The Centrsl Croydon Hotel was comfortable and quiet with s comfy bed snd good shower

I'm sorry to report that your Customer Service hasn't been able to solve my problem. I've reported my problem THREE times. I can't book from my profile because the foreign address isn't recognized (a UK zip code is required and there is NO way to set a foreign address). I worked with IT so please don't tell me 1) to clear my cache 2) to press "not in the UK button" (there isn't!) 3) not to use special characters (there aren't!). Please see the attached picture. It is a code problem so your IT department must solve it. I only can book outside my profile but this way I cannot see my purchase history. I've been a customer for many years, I'm astonished that this problem cannot be solved. Please reply to me only if you have a SOLUTION.
