Why do you NEVER give the actual address of the hotel in the booking acknowledgement? Crazy. Also, I am not sure that you will look after luggage on leaving. A few years ago we stayed at Kings Cross and had to take our bags to the station and pay to leave them in left luggage.

This hotel had air conditioning - York Monks Cross. On arrival when initially went into room and found could not make room any colder, some controls were locked out. So went down to reception to find out that why air conditioing for not cooling the room, found out they had master control and could reduce temperature, was fine after that, but wish they could have told us when we first checked in.

Everything was great. The only thing was we were told we had 4 pillows but only had two. This made it very difficult to sleep. No one around to call to ask for more pillows

It took me three attempts to pay for the room I had booked, must have been a problem with your website or the secure payment portal.

The booking is great 5 star - BUT - I cannot get through to pay. I go through all the information on debit card etc. and when I press ok it just goes round and around and around. I finish up doing it on my phone, which for me is not ideal.....sorry

I did not find it easy to navigate the Travelodge website for booking. It would also be most helpful if there was a map/directions to whichever Travelodge one is booking.

When completing my booking it asked for adding extras. I was going to add breakfast. When trying to add it states £5.50 per adult. We are 2 adults and 1 child. It tried to charge for x3 adults. Safe to say, I did not add this to my booking

Had issues booking on my iPad, couldn’t get through to the payment page without using apple wallet so ended up having to book using my laptop which was very frustrating not sure if this is a website issue or iPad issue

I had to move to the App on my Phone to book at the hotel, the website didn't work when attempting payment, I am using a Mac and tried on both the Chrome and Safari browser. I think this is something you should look into and fix you may be losing business because of this.

On the plus side: Cheap with clean, comfortable bed. Not so plus side: carpets so grotty I wouldn't go barefoot. Bathroom was reasonably clean. Paid for wifi but it doesn't work unless you log in in reception then it kicks you off after a while. Waste of time and money. I booked breakfast thinking it was, well, breakfast but its a take out box. Did eat the cornflakes, the rest is long life stuff. Would I stay again? Probably but I'll be more prepared. It was saved by the comfort of the bed. As I'm disabled it's important to me over the other stuff.

website crashed halfway through booking, couldn't book over the phone either, had to wait until website back on line
