“Booking was speedy and easy, tried checked to book Saturday and Sunday together, with Sunday half the cost. When we decided to only book Sunday, PRICE DOUBLED!! booked on another device and price back to half for Sunday, wonder what happen there?”

“Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and fresh. But, There’s no blinds/netting on the windows so have to have the curtains permanently closed as everyone can see into everyone’s room. Whilst the coffee was good, the coffee machine isn’t designed for bedrooms- it’s so noisy so if you want a coffee you wake the other person up. We also couldn’t get on the Wi-Fi we paid for - kept saying ‘invalid credentials’. We’ve stayed in lots of Travelodge.”

“The staff were nice and welcoming but the room was very basic. We stayed on a warm day and because there was no aircon, we had to have the window open and the fan on - a very warm, loud, and uncomfortable nights sleep.”

“I usually book with Travelodge and have always found them good value, however this time I was horrified to realise I was going to have to pay £220 for 1 night stay. How can this be justified? I had to be away for a hospital trip, and everywhere was booked up or too far out of Aberdeen, and too expensive. I understand that it is a business but the last time I booked it was £40, and this is an extortionate increase.”

“Travelodge Manchester Arena is sufficiently away from the city centre to have to reduce its prices by about £8-£10 per room compared to Travelodge Manchester Piccadilly (excepting weekends!). The rooms are basic but clean. Wifi is free for 30 minutes but a small supplement will give you access. Perfectly adequate for our one night stay to visit the Man United ground.”

“The booking process could be better. Once I booked a room take me back to my search results. When tapping proceed to extras before that page loads fully the button doesn't work as expected. Premier inn app works better.”

“I use you a lot and until our last 2 breaks I could book easily with you any where.However the last two trips it has been really hard work and taken far too long and very frustrating and I do not know why.”

“Very basic, no phone to reception, car parking is not good when the weather is bad, no hair dryer and breakfast menu could be changed so that if you just wanted toast and jam, you could buy just that.”
