We booked two twin rooms. Beds are very small likely less than 3 foot each so not easy for an adult to have comfortable sleep. Bathroom sink was blocked and not much help from reception to sort this out. Overall bathrooms of poor standard.

The checkout process would just not accept my credit card. I tried many times and kept getting the same "card type not specified" error. I eventually paid via Paypal using exactly the same credit card.

On the home page chose the actual place, dates and how many, when I press search it takes me to a page where I have to do it again, total waste of time asking on the home page

When I went to pay on the site card it wouldn’t let me I had to try about six or seven times to pay. Very frustrating. Got there in the end.

I would usually give 5 star but I had email saying birthday offer for me and there was no offer still payed normal price nothing special as me and my wife are celebrating our 60th also a friend of ours is staying the same place same time tried calling no communication no one knows anything

A lot of the hotels need serious modernisation, but most are okay just to get your head down.

2 of us doing a booking independently really struggled to book on 16/7/23. Both of us had to go out of the booking and go back in again as the checkout would not load. Also at one point I was booking 6 rooms as everytime I had to go back rather than pay at checkout it kept adding another room. It wasn't until I was at last step in the basket so to speak it let me delete the extra rooms! For your informaiton only not as a comment on Travel lodge stay. We have never had this issue booking a Premier Inn

Clean and comfortable, very basic though. Close to thr airport but still a 12mib walk lugging cases as the do no not have any shuttle.

We usually stay at a Premier Inn but thought we'd try Travelodge for a change. We found the room to be very sparse with no sofa or bedside tables and nowhere to place a suitcase other than on the floor, despite being in an accessible room! The bedding was very poor quality and pillows were extremely hard. The bathroom was excellent with a great shower. Staff were friendly but were unable to offer a softer pillow as there is only one type available. Based on this experience we would not use Travelodge in future.

I wanted to book a room for myself and 6 year old son, so I put in that I wanted a room for 1 adult and 1 child. The only room it offered is a family room - this is double/king bed and pull out bed. Twin rooms were £20 cheaper but not available as an option when you state you are booking with children. I had to choose 2 adults to get this option. The website needs updating to reflect this!

Hotel room was fine.Housekeeping needs to be improved, bathroom needs more attention ie no shampoo/gel in carton. My biggest gripe had to pay for parking in hotel car park.The charge for 1 night (24hr) £15.00 when enquired about this at reception that hotel guests should be re imbursed,was told car park operated by private car park company.. another cash cow practise. Not happy.

Room was clean but very basic. No coffee pod machine or toiletries as it said in the description. Booked a twin accessible room as husband and me both disabled. The beds were only 2 feet 6 inches wide and very uncomfortable, my Grandchildrens beds are wider than that.

Basic service overall. Staff neither friendly nor unfriendly, no greetings etc. Room wasnt cleaned at all for the entire stay-4 nights.Had to ask for necessities such as tea& coffee, towels, soap and each time had to ask more than once.

Not clear info about twin room booking and tel.no would be great without going through umpteen pages to find it .
