“I thought the trainer was excellent and put all of the delegates at ease. I particularly appreciated the fact that he came over to demonstrate close up the recovery position and the CPR procedure, as I have a visual impairment. I felt that he made the session accessible to me, especially as I am visually imapired.”

“I thought the course itself was very good - lots of practical content and well led. Martin was an excellent trainer - great humour but kept the pace and the content rolling along without distraction. All in all, a very impressive course. Thanks.”

“Instructor was friendly, calm and helped the course to run smoothly. Having completed many courses over the years I felt he covered enough of the new stuff and don't go on too much about things that had changed. made the day enjoyable. would love to have same instructor in 3 years time. I do however feel that for somebody who hadn't previously attended a first aid course then this one wouldn't have been informative enough for them”

“An excellent Level 3 Education and Training Course! I recently undertook a course in Leeds with Phillip Gallie as the tutor. The course was very interesting and made all the more enjoyable by Phil. Thank you Phil and thank you Train Aid.”

“The tutor was informative, freiendly, and really approachable. The venue was a city centre location with great transport links. The communication with train aid was outstanding. Would certainly use and recommend again.”

“The course I attended was relevant, well organised, well structured and the environment was comfortable. Nick Chadwick was a fantastic tutor, relaxed and to the point. He made it very learner feel comfortable, taking time to speak with everyone each session, making sure they where happy.”

“The training was excellent. It was delivered at a fair pace by a very competent and experienced trainer. There was a lot of information to take in and I would have liked to have done the CPR practice twice just to reinforce the steps involved. However, the excellent handbook provided near the end of the training covered everything that was taught and more. Overall I thought that the course was very good.”
