“Martyn Smith was a great instructor. I have been a First Aider for 20 years and have always gone to St John Ambulance for re-qualification but they have become too expensive and require 2 days absence from work. I found your course both informative and fun. I usually dread the sessions but it covered everything necessary and was enjoyable. Thank you.”

“I took the train aid first aid course on Saturday 6th may, with Martin taking the course. Martin immediately made everyone feel at ease and made the course fun and interesting. Made me feel confident in my abilities to practice first aid. Would definitely recommend.”

“Martin was a great trainer, he was engaging and made everyone feel relaxed. He was encouraging and supportive and at no time did he make me feel that they couldn't complete the course. He was thorough in ensuring everybody understood and could demonstrate the relevant actions needed for each topic before moving onto the next. I enjoyed my training and feel confident in my ability to administer first aid if necessary.”

“I thought the trainer was excellent and put all of the delegates at ease. I particularly appreciated the fact that he came over to demonstrate close up the recovery position and the CPR procedure, as I have a visual impairment. I felt that he made the session accessible to me, especially as I am visually imapired.”
