“Of course the subject is a bit repetitive after many years. Your instructor though had a very cheerful way to keep us interested. I found 3 hours a little long for a refresher training, but your instructor was very good. I quite enjoyed the course.”

“The First Aid course was very interesting and informative, with lots of practical tasks. The instructor was friendly and firm. He presented information in an interesting way, and encouraged us to complete the practical tasks. The group was just the right size (13) to encourage a friendly atmosphere and to be able to practise techniques on each other. I feel much more confident about performing first aid now.”

“I found the course very interesting and useful. The trainer delivered the course in easy to understand language, with useful examples and thought provoking anecdotes to help the learners to make sense of some abstract theories. If you're a trainer, or are considering becoming a teacher/trainer, this course is a solid investment in your progressing your career.”

“I found that the teacher had good knowledge but was quite intimidating in his manners and jokes. Jokes about the skirt of a lady, touched a boys bum while he was lying down helping with an example. Because the course is basically practical, a teacher should make everyone feel comfortable and he came across arrogant and invasive , and there we were all adults.”
