“Both Bill who dealt with my email queries and Rich who taught the course were brilliant. They both seemed willing to go above and beyond to be helpful. The course content was delivered well and Rich was very knowledgable and approachable. I am really glad I went with Train Aid.”

“I Really enjoyed the course however due to not feeling well throughout the course "resulting in been hospitalised the day after I returned home from the course" I felt I did not give the course my best or got the best out of it. Now starting to feel a little better I am determined to complete my assignments and pass my qualification. Course was exceptional along with the trainer. Thank you Anne Bowtell”

“The training on the second day was very good and informative; however I didn't think the e-learning aspect was very good, the videos weren't very useful and I couldn't hear anything over the music - the videos also say that their not intended for training purposes? The content was good however I feel I didn't cover as much detail as I have in previous Paediatric courses”

“It was an excellent day that was highly informative as well as entertaining! We had plenty of practical of which I still remember. I really thought doing the majority of theory online, cleared the practical day for the other knowledge. Thank you so much, see you in 3 years.”
