“I found the course very interesting and useful. The trainer delivered the course in easy to understand language, with useful examples and thought provoking anecdotes to help the learners to make sense of some abstract theories. If you're a trainer, or are considering becoming a teacher/trainer, this course is a solid investment in your progressing your career.”

“I found that the teacher had good knowledge but was quite intimidating in his manners and jokes. Jokes about the skirt of a lady, touched a boys bum while he was lying down helping with an example. Because the course is basically practical, a teacher should make everyone feel comfortable and he came across arrogant and invasive , and there we were all adults.”

“The Exucation and Training course was an excellent three days and very valuable for my role. The trainer was very knowledgeable and made the course interesting throughout. “Our trainer, Martin, ensured that the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, which put everyone at ease and encouraged participation. He efficiently delivered the course content in a lively and energetic manner whilst not losing sight of the importance of learning and digesting the facts. It was an enjoyable course and the aims were achieved.”

“The course was run at a good pace and delivered with great humour, underpinned with a high level of engagement with the delegates and regular hands on practical sessions. Steve held everybody's interest right to the end and we all felt much more confident about handling a real life incident armed with our new knowledge of First Aid. All in all, time very well spent. Great value.”
