“The course was run at a good pace and delivered with great humour, underpinned with a high level of engagement with the delegates and regular hands on practical sessions. Steve held everybody's interest right to the end and we all felt much more confident about handling a real life incident armed with our new knowledge of First Aid. All in all, time very well spent. Great value.”

“The trainer was approachable and provided us with extra support if it was required. He did not appear to be condescending in any way and he put us at ease to deliver the micro teach session. The venue was disappointing though - no parking facilities available so had to pay extortionate prices every day, disappointed that lunch was not provided either considering the course price for each individual.”

“I liked the fact that I could control the pace at which I learned thanks to taking the blended learning version of the course. The quality of the on line material was very good. I then joined a group that had done the face to face version of the course for the micro teach. The course students welcomed me into their midst with great hospitality. On line is good for some of the material but you really needed the human interaction to do the micro teach. Overall I was very pleased with how it went.”

“I recently attended the Award in Education and Training Course in Redhill taken by Carrie Rogers. The training was excellent and Carrie is a fantastic trainer. I have increased my knowledge as a trainer. and it has really helped me to know how to deliver an effective training course. .”

“The training course i attended with Train Aid was probably the best course i have attended in my working career (I have been on a few, to say the least), the course was full of varied activities, great teacher / trainer, relaxed learning atmosphere, great attendee's, all were very considerate with each other, i would have no difficulty in recommending Train Aid to other companies.”

“Our tutor Philip was very knowledgeable and engaging. He was understanding and very helpful and I think everyone on the course learnt a lot! He took an interest in all of us and remembered each day everything about us that we told him. I thought he was a wonderful teacher. The course was easy to follow and there was plenty of support whilst completing our work.”
