“I have completed two courses from Train Aid now, both have been 'on-line' and well delivered. Joining instructions and documents have been sent in advance of the courses as well.”

“My experience was really poor, the teacher was shouting at people who clearly werent understanding, and didnt try an alternate way to support them. I ended up helping another student on my lunch break, as she was in tears. Wore a mask which I found really hard to then connect with him as I an neurodivergent and lip read a lot. Didnt make us actually use our mouths for any of the CPR. very stressful enviroment.”

“Having attended and completed both the level 3 AET and level 3 CAVA courses I feel well placed to give a glowing review of Trainaid. Phil Galley was the instructor on both courses and his level of knowledge on both subjects was second to none. The lessons of both subjects were well structured and broken down and discussed in manageable bite sized chunks. Receiving all of the face to face training at such a high level made completing the assignments a relatively simple task. I would wholly recommend Trainaid in delivering a course should you or your employer require you to complete one of the ones they have available.”

“Train Aid were brilliant! I was well equipped with all materials and studies needed for the course, Anya my teacher was brilliant. No question was too much hassle. Anya and train aid also provided lots of useful information after the course that I still refer to even now within my trainer role. “I really enjoyed this course . I am afraid of anything medical and was dreading the day but found it really helped me to over come these fears . The tutor was able to put the information across in a way that was easier to understand and has made me determined to keep up to date with first aid not just because it is necessary for work but for myself . He is an inspirational teacher full of enthusiasm . It was a pleasure to be taught by him .”

“this is the 2nd Trainaid emergency first aid course Ive attended and it was as organised and professional as the first one i attended 3 yrs ago. The videos used were unsettling but useful. We were ab le to practice recovery positions, administering CPR, applying bandages etc and it was a good. ix of practical and theoretical information. There's a lot to take in and I think we were all quite tired by the end. You get a booklet summarising everythng to take away with you which is useful.”

“Train Aid immediately stood out to me when researching where to do my Level 3 in Education and Training. The series of YouTube videos were such a valuable resource in understanding what is expected from the course and I found Nick to be very knowledgable and professional. My 3 day face-to-face training course with Martyn was fantastic, he was very personable, professional and kept our sessions very light hearted whilst getting across all the information we needed to complete our units. Ian was also fantastic at getting my units marked and sent back to me in a timely manner. Train Aid also offer payment plans which are great if you wish to split the cost of your cost over a few months, this came in very handy as I enrolled right before Christmas. Overall, I would describe my experience with Train Aid as Outstanding and I will be using them again to complete my Level 5 later this year. A huge thank you to the brilliant trainers and assessors, I look forward to recieving my certificate in the coming days.”

“I really enjoyed the training. I have been a tutor in a previous role, however what I learnt from train aid is the need to prepare and plan/Developing training Plans and also the importance of initial contact prior to the training to conduct an initial assessment and taken into account any individual needs. I also learnt how to deliver constructive feedback not just to tell someone they did well or not so well but the importance of telling them why they did and ensure that the feedback is constructive and is something that a learner can take away. The location for the training was good. and the length of pace of the training was well structured. Ian wood who delivered the training was excellent. Ian kept things interesting and delivered the course with a clear passion and knowledge for what he was delivering. Ian treated everyone with respect and equally, there was 12 on the course all from different occupations with different expectations and need but Ian treated everyone the same. Overall the training was excellent and would recommend to anyone.”
