Once again Train Aid provided a great service! I booked 3 places on the paediatric first aid course online, which was easy, and all the members of staff said what a positive experience the training was. Thank you Train Aid.

This was a great way of carrying out the Level 3 in Education and Training for me, being distance learning meaning I could fit it around other commitments. It was also great value, which was a bonus as it was self funded. The course materials were really helpful, and Train-Aid speedily responded to any question I had, and were very quick at marking my assignments and feeding back. The Micro-Teach day was at a centre local to me, and whilst I was the only one joining a group that had already had been together on a classroom based course over the previous few days, the day worked really well. Would definitely recommend completing this course with Train-Aid, and indeed have done to a former colleague already.

I had a very bad experience of provider of the L3 Education and Training Award before I came across Train Aid on the internet. I really pleased and enjoyed the course taught by Philip Gallie and also got a lots helps and advice from Tom Casserley. They all are very friendly and helpful . I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Over all I had very good experienced with a very engaging and professional instructor in Mike. He was the ideal trainer of trainers as a role model who provided fresh ideas for those of us that have been training for a long time. I have only one observation that might improve joining the course; and that is a more in-depth joining instruction to the course, especially for those travelling away to the course and might need accommodation, long term parking and other services. However the course support material was excellent, with ideal reference books, work handouts and assignments prompt sheets. Finally Tom commendably has been very quick to answer queries, and provide solutions to problems. A very good course!

A very interesting and well run course, with lots of interactive topics to keep ones mind on course. Steve was a well informed tutor with his colleague Tom. Although I am in my 60 s would recommended this company and the venue was very interesting.

Billy was very knowledgable and the course was very well structured and well tailored for our group and the work we do. A lot of information but he structured the course very well around teaching, practicals, excercises and team excercises so we didn't tire out. A long day but not too long with well focused breaks. Thank you Billy - we all feel much more confident.

Level 3 Award in Education and Training: Over a three day period I felt that all the topics were covered in great detail. Our teacher Richard Hook was very approachable and his presentation was excellent. The Micro-teach sessions were very interesting from all aspects, Richard allowed all learners complete freedom in their presentations. The only downside was the location, the room was small with not much light and not designed well for teaching. All in all I had a very enjoyable 3 days and learnt a great deal about the requirements needed to become a good teacher.

Really pleased with the level 3 teaching qualification I done with train-aid. I done the course as distance learning due to being a year 3 university student but still managed to complete it in a way that I expected to. Tom was very helpful when I asked for any help or advice and I was made to feel very welcome when I went to do my micro-teach in Romsey. Overall I can't complain about anything and I would defiantly recommend this course to anyone looking to gain their level 3 qualification in teaching.

The course material was useful and full of information. The course tutor was a delight and put me at ease, despite feeling very nervous. She was very supportive and clarified issues that needed further explanation. Her patience was outstanding! The actual content of the course was incredibly interesting and gave me so much information of my journey to becoming and adult education teacher. Even the admin behind the scenes on organising the material and bookings all went smoothly. A great experience! I would totally recommend it! A real friendly organisation.

I have been given excellent help and advice during the course. The course content has been easy to follow. On the occasion that I needed help, the trainers were more than happy to help. I have found the whole process stress free and would recommend train aid. If I continue with my learning I will definitely do it through train aid.

I had two very poor experiences of providers of the L3 Education and Training Award before I came across Train Aid on the internet. They have come across to me as transparent, reliable, extremely professional and knowledgeable. This individual piece of feedback in relation to the micro teach element of the course is aimed more at the course itself, than at Train Aid, as it appears to be the same across the board. I feel that it would be helpful if learners had more of an opportunity to prepare for the presentation before the course as it can be extremely time consuming and hard to do at the same time as completing 3 days training. I thoroughly enjoyed the course taught by Tom Casserley and would definitely recommend this company to friends and colleagues.

I have been a trainer for as long as I can remember but times have moved on and I was required to take my Award in Education and Training (formally PTTLS) before a certain company would hire me. I researched a wide variety of companies on-line and found that Train aid offered a three day course at a competitive price. I rang them to see how they would deal with me if I asked awkward questions (sorry guys)and found them friendly, helpful and very accommodating. There were a range of different characters (candidates) from young to not so young (me)on the course and the trainer showed his skills in the way he enabled us all to gel really well as a group. Having been a trainer for some time I was worried the course may have been too basic for me, however, it was delivered in such a way that I learned so much more than the course content. There was always someone on the end of the phone, never too busy to talk through any issues, even after the classroom sessions were finished. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great value course with excellent trainers. Thank you Train aid. Philip Wilde

I really enjoyed my recent paediatric first aid course with Train Aid. My trainer, Billy, was professional, supportive and encouraging. The theory part was properly explained and the practical aspect was not boring. I will definitely introduce others to try your service when they are in need of one. Eunice Babatunde.
