“It was a very condusive environment, I enjoyed the close and concertrated impartation of information. I am grateful to have chosen this mode of training as I will always cherish that moment. I am willing to come back for level four and five should you start offering it.”

“The teachers both knew what they were doing and how to get everyone involved. The learning objectives were clearly stated verbally and in written form and both teachers answered the questions that came their way. They were very enthusiastic and equally supportive. Learned a lot just by watching them in action which was an added bonus.”

“Really enjoyed a lot from this course. The instructor Billy is very friendly and willing to answer and explain the questions we asked. I suggest it's better that you have to go through the textbook before having this course. Because when you've got the idea first and it's easy for you to understand and deliver all the first-aid treatments. I learnt and enjoyed a lot from this course. I especially like CPR Teamwork exercise part! You get a chance to work with others as a team. Anyway, thanks TrainAid for this course.”

“Good basic course covering all that was needed. I was refreshing my skills so held previous knowledge however if I had been new to first aid I think I would have liked the teacher to have more information relating to childhood accidents and statistics about the benefits of administering first aid rapidly.”

“The course was delivered in a very professional way. It was good value for money and extremely informative. The tutor made us feel relaxed and was very patient, answering all our questions and putting us at ease (even when we were bent over a mannikin in an undignified pose!). Thanks”

“Really enjoyed the course, it was the perfect balance between practical learning and theory. The course was really interesting and I liked the fact that some of the non practical aspects were completed through home learning so I didn't have to spend 12 hours of my weekend on training. I enjoyed the quizzes and practical test and the trainer was friendly and knowledgeable. A bonus was the epipen and the defibrillator training.”

“I thought tom was very informative and supportive, which encouraged me to learn. did not realise so much was involved in the teaching / instructing industry. Has interested me to want to take teaching / instructing further. Would highly recommend train aid.”
