“The course was very helpful, excellent communication and delivery throughout. Helpful being able to spend the course with a people with a variety of experiences and background, will certainly look to use train aid again and would certainly recommend them to others.”

“We had the instructor Roon, he was very nice and made you feel very comfortable. Most people didn't know anyone but he encouraged people to work in pairs and in groups. The course was well presented and there was lots of practical practice. I really like the way I could do some of the work at home and this ment only having to attend one day.”

“The 1st Aid/Health & Safety course was excellent. Brian the instructor was brilliant. My course was delivered in such an enthusiastic and professional way from Brian who has actually ‘been there, done it’ whether it be a paramedic or ex service man with real life experiences. “I opted for the 3-day intensive Level 3 Award in Education and Training as it suited my work/life balance. I went along with trepidation but this proved to be unfounded as the days were well paced and organised, with the tutor Tom bringing along his enthusiasm and helpfulness to each session. Any enquiries via email were responded to in a timely manner. Thoroughly recommended Cheers Ian”

“I really enjoyed this course - it was very informal, friendly (we had a really good group of 7 people) and the trainer was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Would definitely go again for the refresher in 3 years time. The first aid pack is sent out before the course date. It would have been good to be informed at that point as to the lunch arrangements. Some people bought in sandwiches, others went out to get lunch, which is a ten minute walk.”

“I found the course very well structured and informative. We packed a lot into the time we were there, and the practical side was very helpful. “The seminar was very informative and offered lots of hands-on practical training. Our instructor, Arun, was excellent, and answered many of the questions I had about first aid before I even had the chance to ask them. When I need to renew my certificate in the future, I'll definitely pick Train-aid again.”

“The course was well taught, everyone interacted making the course more enjoyable. The instructor was knowledgeable and gave clear examples and methods to put into practice the information within the syllabus. “Had a great day on the Paediatric First Aid (12hr) course. The course was delivered with precision by Billy who was friendly, helpful and encouraging. Met some great people and came away with life long skills beneficial anywhere. 100% worthwhile.”
