“The venue was really nice, with the information provided, it was easy to find. The tutor did a meet and greet and made me feel welcoming and relaxed. the course was presented well and the knowledge of the tutor was excellent. The informational handouts (Book and booklets) were helpful both during the course and the unit work. All in all, a very good experience.”

“I attended a level 3 Education and Training course at Leeds, where Phil was the tutor. Phil was warm, friendly and great at delivering this course. I would highly recommend Train Aid, and hope to study with them again soon.”

“I have thoroughly enjoyed doing this course. From booking it, to undertaking the training and finally completing the assignments it all went extremely smoothly. Rob Madeley was an excellent instructor and role model. Thank you to everyone involved in this excellent course. I will certainly consider using Trainaid again for any further training needs.”

“I really enjoyed redoing my first aid course with Train Aid. The instructor Grey was very informative but kept it to the point without losing people's concentration. I now feel confident if ever I need to administer first aid and will definitely renew again with Train Aid in 3 years time!”
