“This is the second First Aid course I have been on and was by far the best. Graham was not only very knowledgeable but also made the course interesting and fun which meant I felt I retained a lot more information than the last time”

“I attended the L3 Education and Training course in Eccles, Manchester and I was thoroughly impressed with the whole course. The Trainer, Phil, was great right from the start - he made the time to find out about each person attending the course and adapted his material to make refer it back to everyone's job and their reason for being on the course which made it very personable and easier to understand. He also made it a lot of fun and constantly encouraged everyone to join in and speak up. The pace of the course was very manageable and clear to follow. I would definitely use Train Aid again for any future courses.”

“Good course and easy to achieve. Teacher was engaging and welcoming. A little frustrating that it’s advertised as a 3 day course when it was actually only 11 hours in total! Not complaining but could have saved childcare and missing out on work.”

“Slightly frustrated as in the practical we recovered much of what I had already done in the online course. It would have been much more productive for me to have worked on more practical skills such as bandages which I have done in other courses. Also homeopathic approaches to treatments such as bee stings and cuts can be useful. Loved the venue though as I used to do children’s classes there and the brilliant mix of people. It was an enjoyable day.”

“I really enjoyed the course and especially the location which was very unusual being inside an arts gallery. The course content was good and covered everything I needed to know, the tutors knew ther stuff and it was a nice small number of learners, not too overwhelming. Well done Train Aid.”

“Having just completed the 3 day Tutor led Level 3 Award in Education and Training I have no hesitation in recommending Train aid. Martyn our Tutor is very knowledgeable about the subject , his teaching style is very inclusive of all the candidates, the pace was very good with time to go over any areas that need clarification. the course materials are well put together and will be of continued use going forward.”
