“I thought that the trainer was first class , She spoke with confidence and gave us real life scenarios to think about . She managed to keep it all very real and serious but balanced with a bit of humour . I will definitely be back on 2022. I’ve been on a lot of first aid courses throughout my time as a childminder and now as a nanny and I can honestly say it was the best I’ve been on .”

“Just been on the Level 3 Education and Training course taught by Phil, really enjoyed the course he made it fun while learning and I go so much out of it not just what I was there to learn. Great meeting all the other learners and hearing about different jobs and backgrounds. Look forward to receiving my certificate and will definitely look into doing more courses with Train Aid. Thank You!”

“Excellent course. Amazing trainer in Martyn Smith. He put us all at ease with his humour, but still preformed a very professional course in a very understandable manner. Choose the two part paediatric first aid (one day practical and further part online completion). No problem booking or completing. Straight forward and plenty of information available for multiple choice answers. Would highly recommend.”

“Great course - well taught, very interesting and at a pace that kept me from getting bored with the right mix of practical, theory, review and not too many breaks or any unnecessarily long breaks. Was good that it was on a weekend so being self employed I didn't miss any work. Easy to enrol and the certificate came the day after the course finished.”
