“Clear and concise Basic Life Support Presentation. Hands on small group with ample opportunity to ask questions. Helpful booklet to take away for future reference.”

“The course have a good understanding of how to meet the needs of the learner. However; it is equally important for the trainer to have very good knowledge of the subject. This is where most companies let the standard s drop. By not educating their tainers.”

“I loved it! The training instructor, Sandra created a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere within the classroom. She made sure everyone understood the topics and offered help when needed it. I’m looking forward to come back when my course will be due to expire!”

“This was my 3rd course i have completed over the years but i would definitely say was the best one i have been on. It was nice to be able to do this in a group with other colleagues. Our trainer, Graham was very informative. He kept things quite light whilst also making sure we understood everything we were being taught. Would definitely use again.”

“I really enjoyed my recent 3 day teacher training course. The course materials were great and easy to follow. The teacher Marianne was amazing, she was so pleasant and easy to talk too. Everyone was involved and could talk or ask questions. I really felt like I'd learnt a lot at the end of the course. Top marks”

“I enrolled in the distance learning opportunity as this allowed me to structure learning time with my work and home commitments. The focus is very much on the learner being honest with themselves and to use all facilities and resource available. There is support as needed and the responses were always swift and constructive. The microteach day was very enjoyable, despite the nerves. This was a very good course which provides the skills required for the level of training I will be delivering.”
