Very engaging and informative. Danielle was lovely; it’s actually the only first aid course where I didn’t get bored!

I would like to thank Phil today for his delivery of first aid training. He was knowledge, funny and approachable. I feel that I have learnt many useful skills today, which I now feel confident to put to use if the need ever arises.

Intensive but really interesting Level 3 AET course. Great tutor support and feedback. Enjoyable and a useful experience and qualification.

The course was well thought out and structured and the trainer we had got us through that with a sense of humour that seemed to help. I enjoyed the course, the trainer and my colleagues on the course - a big part of the learning I would recommend to others

Thoroughly enjoyable first aid course. A nice balance of theory and practical application. I liked the video clips to reinforce the learning too. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions and to share experiences. The written part of the course was informal and not to stressful! The trainer Gareth was excellent and we were all provided with a comprehensive first aid manual and a free gift of a mouth guard to put on our key rings. I feel confident that I have the skills to be able to cope in an emergency situation. I can certainly recommend Train Aid.

My job requires me to update my First Aid qualification every 3 years. So I have attended numerous first aid courses and I can honestly say that Train Aid’s course was one of the best. The trainer was professional and very thorough and gave us plenty of time to practice. The video clips were very powerful and informative. A refreshing change! I left feeling confident about using my new skills. I would definitely rebook with Train Aid in the future.

Very good 3 day Level3 course. Informative, stimulating and definitely helped me reflect on previous and current teaching experience and practice. Excellent tutor, knowledgeable, facilitated group discussion whilst also maintaining structure. Personable and friendly style. Used humour well.

Good morning Lesley, Just a short email in support of this qualification and your company. The trainers delivery was as good as any I have come across. Hazel’s rapport with the trainees, experience and knowledge created a great environment within which to learn. And ask questions. Add to that a group of 6 interested/gregarious students then you have the makings of a learning experience that is very enjoyable. Just one thing could be improved on, the venue. Location to A11 great, the people are very pleasant but the facilities, and instant coffee!! Not wanting to end on a bad note, really enjoyed the whole experience and will happily recommend Train Aid to others if asked. Regards, Donald Minett

I don’t think you could improve it. Our teacher was great. He was knowledgeable, entertaining and humorous. I came out of there feeling confident that I can perform 1st aid. My reason for wanting to know 1st aid is because of my 3 month old daughter. In case of any emergency,I want to be able and confident and for her to be safe and our instructor covered this area.

It was a great training day and as somone with zero medical training - gave me the confidence to implement what I had learnt in an emergency situation. I can't recommend this course too highly.

Great trainer and course, but too dense for a first timer. More breaks and time to digest would suit me better.

Completed my course in during Jul 18 in Belfast. The course was run by David Platts who was a brilliant instructor that made everyone feel at ease.

Train Aid have been excellent from start to finish. Their communication has been most welcomed and I have been kept up to date every step of the way with my progress. I came to Train Aid from another organisation who were extremely poor. I have since taken the other organisation to court and won. Transferring to Train Aid was the best decision I could have made!

THE COURSE WAS VERY GOOD AND GAVE ME THE CONFIDENCE TO TEACH AND THE INSTRUCTOR WAS VERY GOOD AND THE COURSE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE. I BELIVE THERE SHOULD BE A CHANCE TO DO A LEVEL 4 IN THE SAME AREA ROMSEY BECAUSE AT THE MOMENT I WOULD HAVE TO TRAVEL TO LONDON.

The train was very successful. The teacher was very good. She involved everyone in the class, adopted various teaching strategies including but not limited to making presentations, demonstration, discussion, role plays...She integrated assessment in the whole process of training to learn the results at real-time and made the this training a very fruitful experience!
