“Train Aid have been excellent from start to finish. Their communication has been most welcomed and I have been kept up to date every step of the way with my progress. I came to Train Aid from another organisation who were extremely poor. I have since taken the other organisation to court and won. Transferring to Train Aid was the best decision I could have made!”

“THE COURSE WAS VERY GOOD AND GAVE ME THE CONFIDENCE TO TEACH AND THE INSTRUCTOR WAS VERY GOOD AND THE COURSE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE. I BELIVE THERE SHOULD BE A CHANCE TO DO A LEVEL 4 IN THE SAME AREA ROMSEY BECAUSE AT THE MOMENT I WOULD HAVE TO TRAVEL TO LONDON.”

“The train was very successful. The teacher was very good. She involved everyone in the class, adopted various teaching strategies including but not limited to making presentations, demonstration, discussion, role plays...She integrated assessment in the whole process of training to learn the results at real-time and made the this training a very fruitful experience!”

“I absolutely loved the course. The main reason for this was because the trainer Phill was just excellent . He put me at ease and made the 3 days very enjoyable. He is a credit to train aid and one of the best trainers I have met. This was my very first ever session in education and teaching and although I was nervous, I was quickly comfortable and performed my best in the micro teach. It was a shame it ended so soon . Thank you Phill for my step into teaching and thank you to train aid. Regards Tam”

“I attended the level 3 paediatric course and found it very informative and interesting. The day had just the right amount of thoery and practical to keep everyone engaged and enthusiastic. I feel very confident with the skills I learnt on the day and through the online section of the course.”

“The training day was good, and the booklet that we can take with us at the end was also very useful and a handy tool and refresher for things that we covered and for other areas that we didn't have time or didn't need to go through.”

“The session was good enough, my main comment would the venue, very poor. No local parking, nearest car park some distance away and required a payment. Not experienced this before on away training days. No were to sit for lunch apart from the main training hall, a garden area, outside on such hot days are welcome. Some of the participants were constantly on their mobile telephones. Trainer needed to have been in control of this. Somewhat distracting.”
