“I attended the Lvl 3 AET training course by train aid. I had a really good experience and found the course content met it's purpose. The trainer was very enthusiastic, open minded and knowledgeable. To deliver a course like this you would have to show a high standard of training yourself and our facilitator managed that well. The room that was chosen had what we needed and the course came with a useful workbook to follow.”

“I thought this was a really good course, very well delivered by the trainer with a good mix of practical and theory exercises. At the end of the day I felt confident that I would be able to respond to a first aid emergency if needed.”

“I have already written to the Trainer (as I have said and will repeat on here). I have been on a number of courses and for me this is the best course I have been on. The Teacher was phenomenal. I have never written so much information in a notebook (40 pages) that supported the work book and text book. The amount of information I now have as a result leaves me confident I will do well in the future Huge Thanks and you may see me again”

“Our trainer was very engaging and kept my attention throughout the whole day. The session was very interactive which was good, if a little embarrassing at times! I have done 2 courses previously, but I feel like this is the one that covered everything relevant to my needs in the workplace. I feel confident that if the need arose, I would be able to perform first aid, including CPR. I would definitely recommend Train Aid to other businesses.”

“Being able to do the theory part of the course at home on my own time was great! The course at the training center is really practical and although it’s a lot of material, the fact that the instructor is always recapping it through the whole course really helps to retain the information. Danielle was an excellent teacher! I would recommend it to anyone!”

“It was a great 3 days. The Trainer put everybody at their ease. It was very informative to be with a wide group of students: Aviation, Catering, Construction, Engineering, Health/Hospital, Fire Brigade & Police. I learnt a lot!”

“Phil was a fantastic instructor with a broad knowledge of training. I found the course very beneficial. Facilities at Manchester Eccles were somewhat unsuitable and uncomfortable for a long day of training. Would suggest a comfier and better equipped facility.”
