“Really worthwhile course excellent trainer”

“The practical side to the course was fun however I work with children and I don't think the course was based on the children it was more the adults and the trainer talked alot about his life.”

“The presenter was very welcoming, and straightaway made everyone feel at ease. Time-keeping was slightly unbalanced in that a lot of time seemed to go on less structured discussion in the morning, and not so much on practical training (chest compressions) in the afternoon. In the morning the trainer had perhaps unwisely suggested that the day should finish about 3 pm - in fact it went on an hour past that time, which made for some restlessness in those final minutes.”

“A very friendly, informal and informative course. Excellent tutor who made every effort to ensure we got the most from the course, any questions were answered in a knowledgeable, concise way. I got the impression the entire group felt the same. I would thoroughly recommend Train Aid and will use them again when my paediatric first aid course expires in 3 years time.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed the Lvl 3 Award in Education and Training course. Carrie is an excellent teacher, and I learnt so much in a short time. The training also took place close to where I live, thats why I chose this particular course with Train Aid. So much so that I signed up for the lvl 4 on-line course straight afterwards, which I am currently working through.”

“I cannot express how helpful it has been to always have someone there to call - in my case this was Bill Casserley. He was organised, patient, informed and always updated me of any changes. Bill gave me one of the most experienced trainer who could fill in the date and time I needed. This was Ben the fire-fighter. He was polite, kind and had the audience's attention and interest throughout the session.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed the course. The group I was with were a great bunch and made the learning great fun. The course content was very good and very informative. I have certainly taken away with me some very interesting points. The course tutor was very good, kept us all engaged and put the course across very well.”

“I have completed my level 3 education and training with train aid and am now completing my level 4 with them, as my expireance was so successful. Train aids, resources, staff and delivery are great and I would recommend them to anyone when considering courses.”
