“Beautiful shelves & excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the colour finish I’d ordered wasn’t the match I was looking for. I emailed to ask about their exchange policy as I loved the shelves & just wanted to exchange for a different finish if possible. I was emailed back by Rebecca & told that it was no problem so I sent her a photo of the match I wanted & she advised me on the best colour & wood to get the desired affect. Replacement arrived yesterday & are beautiful. Amazing service & I will definitely be choosing Traditional Beams when we purchase the beam for our fireplace.”

“Excellent company to deal with, my queries were answered very promptly by Freddy and Rebecca, they are not working normally during the lockdown so deliveries are taking a little longer, but I was able to arrange collection as I am only 15 minutes away this was so helpful after being let down by another company.”
