“Fantastic service excellent customer service and excellent quality too. We ordered a medium oak beam And when it arrived it was darker than we expected so I emailed customer service who were excellent and so quick replying to us and advised we could exchange for the light oak beam. We received it today and are delighted with it.”

“Great customer service despite the current situation we're all faced with. Despite the website showing zero stock available, I managed to place an order direct and there was minimal delay on production and despatch. Superb custom oak beam for above my fireplace, excellent quality and finish. The beam arrived very well packaged, had very clear instructions for fitting and also tips for aftercare. Was recommended this company and will certainly recommend to others.”
