“Great company to deal with, the website was clear and helpful and ordering was easy. My beam arrived within days and was well packaged and ready for me to sand, oil and put over my fireplace. Job Done.”

“Delighted with my beam, albeit slightly nervous about ordering without seeing the product. I telephoned on a couple of occasions and the service was first class. I even received a photograph of the beam finished with my choice of wax/oil to allow me to confirm I was happy prior to dispatch. I couldn't be happier the item arrived promptly and was well packaged. My only slight criticism would be that the photographs of the beams on the website do not clearly state the finish applied to them on all photos which would have made my choice slightly easier but that does not detract from my overall satisfaction. First class.”

“We decided to order from traditional beams based on the excellent customer reviews. The website was easy to use and once the order was placed the item was dispatched quickly. Unfortunately there were a few problems with the courier and the first item was not delivered, that said Traditional Beams dealt with this very efficiently and a replacement was sent out via a different courier the next day. We are really pleased with the quality and finish of the beam and feel it was a reasonably priced. Many thanks”

“Yes very good quality Chunky Rustic Shelves and Fixings , have ordered another one for the other side of the Chimney Breast :) Perhaps the delivery needs to be cleaned up slightly better though lots of wrong information when tracking order and was a couple of days late, not a problem for me but might be for others W.Bennett”

“Bought one beam (rustic, Jacobean) a couple of weeks ago to go above a woodburner. Arrived about a week later. So delighted with it that we immediately ordered another one to go above our other woodburner! Arrived within days. First-class product and service. They look fantastic. Highly recommended.”

“Delivery extremely quick and product exactly what I wanted. The only thing that I would suggest is that the colour chart be made bigger and better as I found it difficult to make a choice. Luckily I chose correctly though I think it was more luck than judgement. Very pleased with product and service from this firm. Thank you.”
