“The service I received, particularly from David as there was a query was second to none. The shelves themselves were gorgeous and even better than I could have hoped for. I would definitely recommend this company and their products and will be using you again in the future.”

“I researched fireplace beams online before ordering and found most of the answers to my questions, however, before ordering, I had a few more. I phoned Traditional Beams who were helpful and confirmed to me that I should buy from them. Prices seemed to vary and they weren't the cheapest but we have been really happy with the service. Website was straightforward to order and the beam arrived very promptly and was exactly what we had expected and looks lovely since it has been installed, although until the build is complete, it is still covered in plastic. Overall, we were very happy and probably 4.5/5.”

“We are very pleased with the beam ordered. The quality of wood, and precise cutting was excellent, teamed with the danish oil finish made this product second to none. Highly recommend Tradional Beams.”

“Superb mantle great communication really pleased only slight issues would be with the type of fixings used as they are a bit fiddly.”

“Ordered 2 x 2.5 foot pine shelves. Chunky wood with top quality brackets. When I need more floating shelves I'll be buying them here again. Excellent.”

“The beam we ordered is just what we wanted. The colour was perfect and we love the character that it gives to our room. Delivery was included in the price which was very reasonable as we had been looking for a while to find what we wanted. Would definitely recommend. Very pleased thank you.”

“Great company to deal with, the website was clear and helpful and ordering was easy. My beam arrived within days and was well packaged and ready for me to sand, oil and put over my fireplace. Job Done.”

“Delighted with my beam, albeit slightly nervous about ordering without seeing the product. I telephoned on a couple of occasions and the service was first class. I even received a photograph of the beam finished with my choice of wax/oil to allow me to confirm I was happy prior to dispatch. I couldn't be happier the item arrived promptly and was well packaged. My only slight criticism would be that the photographs of the beams on the website do not clearly state the finish applied to them on all photos which would have made my choice slightly easier but that does not detract from my overall satisfaction. First class.”

“We decided to order from traditional beams based on the excellent customer reviews. The website was easy to use and once the order was placed the item was dispatched quickly. Unfortunately there were a few problems with the courier and the first item was not delivered, that said Traditional Beams dealt with this very efficiently and a replacement was sent out via a different courier the next day. We are really pleased with the quality and finish of the beam and feel it was a reasonably priced. Many thanks”
