“Great selection, dispatches very quickly and good quality when it arrived. Very easy to fix as well. Yodel struggled to deliver it (two attempts with cards left despite someone being in the property on both occaisons) and in the end we found the beam lent outside of our front door when we came back from a weekend away (despite leaving instructions to leave it at the back gate or with a neighbour). The card said that the beam was left with a completely different neighbour than the one we requested. Not Traditional Beams' fault I'm sure, but disappointing nonetheless.”

“I must confess I was nervous ordering an oak beam online but I received outstanding customer service from David at Traditional Beams who guided me all the way. I am delighted with the aged oak beam I was sent which was coated in Danish Oil rather than wax and looks wonderfully rustic.”

“Absolutely delighted with my new beam. It looks exactly as I viewed online and delivery was quick with no problems. It is now installed above my wood burner and will give me pleasure for years. I would definitely recommend this Company.”

“I was extremely happy and satisfied with my recent purchase from Traditional Beams. This company were very helpful and accommodating in sorting out a problem with the first beam I ordered..... which was my fault, not theirs. I received a replacement beam in double quick time and it was exactly what I wanted, truly stunning. Came with fittings which were very easy to use...according to the guy with the drill who put it up for me. I would have liked to included a picture which shows it off with the fire on and the mantle dressed, but I couldn’t wait..so use your imagination as to how good it will look in the winter with a roaring fire, fairy lights and one or two tasteful and strategically placed ornaments.”

“Fantastic product and a very good company to deal with. I have been waiting a while to review as I have been waiting to see how the products hold up and I can confirm they are of an excellent standard. I had some trouble with the first delivery which I had to reject due to damage but this was the couriers fault. But very pleased indeed with the end result and would definitely use again.”

“I enquired about purchasing the rustic aged beam on the contact page on a late Friday night, had a very swift response first thing Monday. Fantastic correspondence throughout, ordered on the Monday, delivered by the Thursday! The beam looks absolutely stunning and I can't wait for my fireplace to be finished, it's going to look amazing! “The site was easy to find what I wanted. Ordering was easy and delivery was swift. Quality of products, beam and shelves was very good however thread location depth on bracket could be longer.”
