“Service and product were excellent, the design of the fittings allowed easy adjustment to level product once in place on the wall. Product spec was adhered to very accurately and the finish is beautiful. The only problem I now have is this is the second request to review a single order, how many times do you need me to tell you I love the product?”

“The beam is good, but with a slight nick on the back top edge which was sharp and could show slightly once beam in situ. Without this nick, I would have given 5 stars. Otherwise everything was good and delivery was on time.”

“I ordered a rustic tradition beam online once I had checked with the company as to ordering the correct stained beam. It was delivered within the week. It was well packaged, the beam was of good quality and just what we wanted. Fixing screws also came with the beam and included fitting instruction. It was good value for money.”

“Bought two of these rustic and unique pieces as they were unusual and would compliment the decor in our living room. Arrived as stated, well wrapped to avoid any damage and look fantastic. The little rubber feet were a nice touch to avoid scratching the oak flooring!! Great product and look amazing. Would highly recommend for similar items.”

“Prompt delivery, well wrapped avoiding any damage in transit and acompanied with clear fitting instructions. After waiting a couple of weeks to put the beam up it is now in place and looks amazing. A beautiful piece of wood that does the fireplace justice. Very pleased with the outcome. Would use again and highly recommend.”
