“Excellent service and competitive price too. Ordered paint on Friday evening and it was delivered on the Monday following at no extra cost and I was able to get the first coat on in the afternoon.”

“Unfortunately not a good review as we have just received our delivery of Owatrol Decking Paint and Trade Paint Direct has despatched the WRONG COLOUR. As our decking areas are already painted with Owatrol BARK BROWN, this was the colour we wanted and the colour we ordered and the colour quoted on all our paperwork from Trade Paint Direct, however, we have just taken delivery of Owatrol DARK BROWN. Maybe an easy mistake to make but not acceptable to us, particularly as we have a Tradesman coming next week to do this work. We are now hopeful that Trade Paints Direct can quickly remedy their error, however when telephoning their Sales Team, a recorded message merely asked to send an e-mail or leave a message. We would have liked someone to pick up the telephone and speak to us. Meryl Nicholls”
